I just bridged from LPN to RN. My first year as LPN I went from being on food stamps to making 60,000 my first year. I'm now a home owner and helping others. You can do it!!!
Wow, sounds like you had so many things going against you. So glad to hear you made it through. I'll take your story and encourage with me as I try to finish LPN school. Pharm is kicking my butt at the moment. All the best!
I’m 53. , fast track school full time, and work full time. It’s HARD, but doable. I f’d up and got distracted, missed A&P II by 7 points, so I need to retake it . Next Monday it’s definitely grind time , I’ve got to get it DONE. Can’t keep doing CNA forever, killing my body. I love your inspiration, and the motivation you give to us. YOU KEEP IT REAL and I thank you!
I'm 4 1/2 months from graduating because of you! It's so hard married 3 kids ECT. But I'm almost done ❤ lpn 2024 thank you for your inspiring and encouraging words
Im not gonna lie i been following you for a while now and you motivated me to go ahead and go. I started this journey many moons ago from traditional nursing paths to online courses. I buckled down took the hesi and got accepted September 2022 and finished August 25, 2023! Baby jealously is real i lost some many so called day ones and childhood friends. All that to say i didnt give up on myself and im glad i didnt. Thanks again!❤
started as an LPN/LVN then bridged to RN. keep going! lpn/lvn school is brutal, the hardes thing ive done to date! RN school was a recap with a bit of add ons and more in depth on a few things. but i didnt go in blind sided like i did for LVN/LPN lol. this time i knew what to expect and graduated as an RN and licensed. but LPN/LVN will always be my foundation, the most money ive made in my life before becoming an RN. so yes LPN/LVN is so worth it.
2 weeks left in my lpn program and CJ you motivate me so much to keep going and knowing it’s gonna get better even if I don’t necessarily see it rn, so thank you.
Bro no joke been watching you for over a year now. You sealed the deal for me back then and I’m now 3 weeks into my first semester for LPN. Watch every video still. 🔥🔥
I just started LPN school 2 weeks ago. It’s hard as hell juggling life and studying. Thanks for these videos and inspiration. I need it. I hope I make it and am successful like you.❤
Thank you for this motivation! I’m taking my pre req now, working ft with 2 children. I’m hoping to get accepted in the nursing program in February. Most of the pre req I have from medical assistant school but couldn’t transfer those 😒 But I will be a nurse IN JESUS NAME ITS COMING 😊
I just started at 40yrs and I'm doing great I do have experience as an advanced EMT so that really helps. Our class is rather big with only a hand full of males. The guys are pretty chill, but the females go after each other..
I just told this guy that he has a heart, like me to help others, with a love for music so I suggested that he become a music therapist. He already has a BA, just need those therapy courses. However, I just paid for my Hesi exam, and brushing up on my math skills with a tutor. Im excited af! for school. Lord willing, I start Spring 2024.
Thank you 😊 the school that I was attending is an accelerated program. I didn’t pass one class so I’m grinding now so I can pay the school back before I return. I want to be a nurse so bad.
Every time I feel worried or anxious about going to nursing school, for some reason, you always pop up just in time to kick me back to reality. You're always stating facts and preaching what people, like me, need to hear! You really are a High Value Nurse! Keep up the good work, King! I love your videos! You're an inspiration!
Im sitting here looking around the room like Did he make this video for me? You have hit every bullet on the list. But I did go back to sign up for the spring 2024 I receiving my kidney last year. IM READY! I saved this video for motivation. Ill keep you posted. THANKS New subscriber.
You are so right about people trying to stop you from progressing in life. For me, it was being a man and wanting to go into nursing. I had my fair share of people questioning me. I even questioned myself. Saying its a woman's career. What is weird was an an EMT, the few male nurses I came across gave me so much encouragement, hope and guidance. Ty for all you do for all of us.
It got to a point . I had to start. Yes i jept watching vidoes . Later on i.made the move and started calling schools around for about a year and i was waiting on my home girl to start with me . I had to go on by myself without my homegirl. But i made friends in the program . Studied my butt off . There were some hiccups in the road but now i am done, took nclex and finally done and working Thank God.
I’m the type of person that works the best by myself. One of my dreams was to be a nurse. Friends and family discouraged me saying they don’t get paid enough, you’ll get burnt out, nursing school is hard, wanting to go on trips and spend money we don’t have just to stay broke… and I listened to them for years and did that. I’m now 26. I start my LPN program in January for a year. I put my foot down and told everyone that for a whole year, I will be focused on school and nothing else. I will be saving my money and to speak that negativity somewhere else! I am so excited and happy I decided to put myself first instead of the feelings of others and do what I want to do, not what they want me to do! This video spoke to me. No more dreaming, let’s do it! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Current HHA here, your videos are impeccable. I start LPN school in May of this coming year I’m nervous but also determined. Thank you so much for your content brother🏩
I was planning to go to Nigeria to see my dad February this year with my refund check , was gonna start in October I ended up owing the government money so I couldn’t go . I started school in March In hindsight I’m actually happy for that setback , only 6 more months to go , they flew so fast . Get started guys you won’t regret it at all
CJ Thank you so much for this video! Your videos motivated me so much that After watching one of your videos I mapped out a plan and found the college I’m going to attend to get my Nursing degree and I will be attending my first information session for the college! I’m one of those people from the gutter that didn’t have the support from my parents or a stable foundation but that’s no longer my excuse! At 35 and a single Mother of a five year old I will be going back to school to get my Nursing degree! It’s never too late. Thanks for Inspiring us future Nurses to change our Life, our family’s life and get to the 💰💰💰
I have no family or anyone to support me and I’m in poverty so I can’t really afford to go to school without having a way to pay my bills. It seems simple to just “figure it out”, but a lot of people have support. It’s a while different story when you’re truly in poverty, not just “broke” and wanting to go to school
Bought to start lpn school in 3 months I chose this because I’ve been a cna for a year and I found out that I don’t like it. I’m 19 and I wanted to get a nursing experience before getting my rn
Even being in LPN nursing school at this moment while knowing the target audience is prospective students, this video is so valuable and is something I needed to hear. Thank you so much CJ!!!!
This man right here motavation! I’m 27 about to turn 28. I was stuck thinking I’m behind in my career path. This individual made me realize all I’m doing is procrastinating my time. Getting me prerequisites done and then joining LVN program 💯 ( THANK YOU ! )
Just graduated RN school with 5 years of LVN experience under my belt. You will NEVER regret furthering your education. It really is based on what you are and are not willing to do. There is so much to be gained. Get it!! Do it for you and your future ❤
You better give us the game! I’m a Certified Teaching Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, just applied to the LPN program and it starts in September so rightnow I’m taking a Certified Phlebotomy Course! We have to go get this money.
I just bridged from LPN to RN. My first year as LPN I went from being on food stamps to making 60,000 my first year. I'm now a home owner and helping others. You can do it!!!

Yes when I was in my program my dad died in my last semester. My son is a heart transplant recipient. So if I did it anyone can do it.
Wow, sounds like you had so many things going against you. So glad to hear you made it through. I'll take your story and encourage with me as I try to finish LPN school. Pharm is kicking my butt at the moment. All the best!

Straight facts. Procrastinating is something we're all guilty of but completely on our own control. Set the goal and act on it 💪🏾
Thank you for this motivation! I’m taking my pre req now, working ft with 2 children. I’m hoping to get accepted in the nursing program in February. Most of the pre req I have from medical assistant school but couldn’t transfer those 😒
