I was accepted to nursing school to start this month and I got cold feet this summer due to me being a single mom amongst other factors. I know this is the path for me so I talked to the program and reapplied to start in the spring. I really pray they reaccept me! Im so excited to start ☺️ thank you for this great video!
Also a mom with little fam support due to them being overseas and I just got accepted to start in the fall, but goodness I’m so nervous too. Good luck 🍀 🥂
I learn and recall the same way you’ve described - I can “see” what I’ve written down during exams as well. I wasn’t sure if that meant I learned by writing or visuals. Love your videos, thank you!
This video was really helpful. I have a degree in another field and thinking about going back to school for nursing. I feel nervous about the idea of being back in school later in life but this is encouraging.
I believe the class you are referring to is about nursing theories. I believe this was all based on memorization and kt consisting writing many papers. What specifically are you struggling with?
Hi, Im a nursing student. My name is Marieke, Im from the Nederlands and Im looking for nurses from other cultures, to share experiences with and learn how people work on their role in innovation in hospitals. My profile is innovation, and im looking for people with experience in that role in the hospital, cause I find it difficult. If you would like to share some ideas, I would love to have a chat or zoom call. Im going to ask nursing students as well😊
Pro tip: don't read the textbooks or even buy them it's a waste of money. I spent thousands of dollars on books and never opened one of them in my 4 years of school. Print slides x4 per page take notes on slides. The professors pull what is most important from the book and put it on slides and that is what they lecture from and what they test you on. You're welcome. PS graduated 4.0 summa cum laude doing it just like that. You can also use an iPad but I had to have a physical copy of the slides in my hands for my brain to process
I'm currently taking the basic course for Nursing. And I'm a hands on and visual learner.

Have you tried applying to any programs?
I would simply google “ how to become a nurse”. Then do some research on accredited nursing schools in your area
Hello how did you pass nursing concepts and how do you study concept maps
