- When living in Jomtien, Pattaya, Bangkok or anywhere in Thailand, you are required to report to immigration every 90 days if you are living on a retirement visa. Now this application for an extension to stay in the kingdom can be made online without having to travel to the immigration office. It's quick and easy and takes less than five minutes.
The URL to do your 90-day reporting online is:

Thanks! Much easier. How do u actually go about getting it printed out at the places you mentioned?
The places that do printout (photpcopy shops etc) get you to email it to them which can be done from your phone or have it on a data stick. Cost 5 baht. 😎 If you smile at your condo manager at the office he might kindly do it for you.
The fact it does not save your information is absolutely ridiculous. A few of have complained is person.
I agree but it only takes a few minutes and your browser should auto-fill from your last visit. They've made it easy so I don't think it warrants a complaint in person as you will need to go to Immigration to do it. 🤔
They just keep rejecting it without providing a reason. Instead of wasting time best option is to ignore that thing and pay 2000 baht fine in the airport when departure.
It’s always been quite quick to do , the acceptance was always pending for 7 days or more , necessitating a visit in person. On my last application, I got an acceptance in one day. Yes they said they’ve improved the system so yeah proof in the pudding if it carries on ..
I got my acceptance both times within 24 hours. I think it would depend on when you do it as they don't work weekends and I think they process it manually.
@@oneendofthailand yes , I was told do it 13/14 days before the due date. Good , I hope it works quickly next time as after that I need to renew my O visa for another year ..
The process is easy and fast, but mine got rejected without providing any reason. I assum eit has to do with the address which i could not provide as it is, but only was able to select from pre-filled options in the online form, which DID not match exactly my address. So I assume the problem might be there. So, the idea is great, but it still has its problems
I know it rejects if you have left the country within the previous 3 months.
Will it be enough to have a picture of your passport, the page with your personal information/picture and a screenshot of the approval of the TM47 on your phone?
I don't think so. They say it must be kept with your passport.
Am I right in thinking that even if you have a full retirement visa, you still have to do this 90 day report when necessary? I've saved this video to watch later for further clarification.
Yes, you are correct. Thanks for watching. 🙏🏻
Yes
If I am in another province, the reporting online address need to be the new one in another province or keep as the one I did for the TM 30 when I applied for the Non O Visa last time?
It must be your current residence as far as I am aware.
Means I can't travel to other province and when time to report I need travel back? This is crazy.
It must be your registered residence. Not if you are travelling or just visiting another province.
How much did you have to pay for your retirement visa using an agency and which agency did you use? Thank you.
Hello. This video may help you. th-cam.com/video/p-_pbDRagTU/w-d-xo.html
did the tax thing for expats become clearer or still most peeps confused ?
No confusion. There was a lot of misleading information on TH-cam about this so I refrained from creating any videos that would contribute to the unnecessary drama. Do not worry about this as it will not affect you if you choose to retire here and live on your pension.
Hi mate where's the cheapest massage shop have you seen a oil massage under 300 bhat anywhere?
The price is a standard 300/350 for an oil massage. You might find somewhere off the main sois at 250 but I would imagine massages are not the only thing on offer. 🤔 If you see a shop you like the look of, don't let 50 baht sway your decision.
@@oneendofthailand so you don't know is the answer, I have 4 or 5 ladies massage me at once for hours sometimes that's why I asked it's nothing like 50 bhat swaying my decision
I think I gave you a fair answer. But it seems you have answered your own question there.
What about type of marriage visa
They did say they will be adding more online services in the future but I can not confirm. Sorry. 🤔
What about your TM30, I had to update mine at immigration because I changed my address, not sure about 90 day but they told me you need the correct address for your TM30 to get a residence certificate for example!
I am not sure about that by according to the article in the Bangkok Post they will be adding extra services online in the future.
I just go to immigration I know the lady there it take 5 min I rather be safe than sorry I don’t trust the computer or the software I get my paper there right on the spot
Is that the immigration in Jomtiem? When I last passed it in Dec 2022 it was heaving, like I've never seen it before.
It’s not 5 minutes in person as you need to return to collect it.
Stop spreading false information I see you deleted my comment because your wrong if you want to talk about this in person I have smoke shop in kata beach or I will be in Pattaya later this year and we will see then who’s correct
Where is the false information in this video?
I have no idea who you are or what on earth you are talking about.
