  • Soybeans aren’t common in Ireland. John Wynne in Co. Wicklow put this crop in a silage pit for winter feeding.

    Whatever came of this trail never heard anything about it again did it completely fail

      Of course, except due to our climate the soybean plant doesn't ripen hence the reason it's wholecropped and is unsuitable for human consumption. Do you think we farmers have just pulled this stuff out of our arses? Do you think we turn non human edible food into meat and milk for the fun of it! This is our climate we can't grow protein crops it's difficult enough to do field beans never mind soybean! Time to wake up and live in reality, a lot of places in the world need animal agriculture.
