Taeyeon and Jessica's voices literally sound like they are a match made in heaven. Like it doesn't matter whether they are singing with the same or not the same lyrics of a song, it doesn't matter whether they sing it together or not; the moment you combine their voices, it would always sound pleasing to ears. Their voices are just so complementing.. that's the main thing that I love with their voices which made me to always yearn for their voices together and the reason why I am always frustrated that we didn't even have the chance to have a TaengSic official duet... but I'll always hope that someday, when situation permits them to do so, we'll be having Taeyeon and Jessica singing their hearts out together in a song..
They both are equally good in singing 😭😭however after her departure taeyeon's singing skill continue to improve while Jessica seems to take her time and do things according to her pace. If Jessica was still there, they both by now would be ruling the kpop world with their duets. This is no joke.

It's so sad SM never really make an official collaboration with these 2 main voicalists when they're still together. Only one member left and they still have 8 members, I know it will never be the same without the original number of members but they still have the charisma that they have when I met them. And they still became successful after Jessica left. If you're truly a sone you will never think like that, I guess your bias is Jessica and for you Jessica was the most important member of SNSD when infact all of them are important.

Taeyeon voice has wide range while Jessica has cute and sweet voice, just listen to Tears and you will know the difference, Taeyeon can hit big highnote while Jessica soft belting is incredible as well. Both are amazing, no comparison ❤️
4:59 you can really see the differences of their voices and the way they sing. Jessica goes into a softer tone that gives a sweeter feeling while Taeyeon maintains the power and delivers more emotion.

Because Jessica had another dream that she wanted to focus on apart from singing. Her company didn't establish overnight, she spent whole heaps of time on Blanc so she struggled even making time for SNSD, subunit wouldn't sneak into her tight schedule of course.
