Not in that final moment. But as soon as she saw the suicide was being reopened as a murder. She was pretty much in panic mode from that point on. Especially when she realized that the number she had for her 'black ops' contact was now disconnected. When she met with her contact to greenlight the job, and they told her if anything came up they were going to pin it on her. I'm pretty sure the subtext was that she would be killed as well. So she knew they were coming for her. I think she was just really good at hiding it when with other people. But even then, when she met with Jaimie she wasn't as cool and collected and she usually was. I felt like there was a element of desperation in her actions and demeanor. That being said. Seeing Beth torture her would have been fine with me. :)
My first thought when they did reopen the case as a homicide was that the hit team would come after Sarah and Jamie or at least Sarah, to try to tie up loose ends.

I know right? In episode 10, I was getting confused. I was like wait a minute, I thought Rip and Beth went to the hotel, now he’s back at the ranch? What happened to the guys getting to see their girlfriends in the big party that Beth promised? I had to rewind it a little bit, because I thought I fell asleep!
It’s frustrating seeing Beth threaten Jamie because threatening him is exactly what escalated everything to this point. She had tried to convince John to take him to the train station, blackmailed him, and said she would take his kid from him; yet the show presents Jamie as being this un-loyal coward, but what is there for him to be loyal to? Even before the revelation that Jamie knew about Beth’s sterilization, he was treated like crap despite everything he did that John told him to. I hate how the show presents Beth constantly trying to bring down Jamie and her threats to end him as justifiable but presents him going on the offensive as evil. Yes Beth has every right to hate Jamie over the sterilization but what I hate is that the show has never held John accountable for that whole fiasco. He was an abusive monster to his kids to the point that Jamie thought sterilizing Beth was a better outcome than John finding out, because John finding out could have led to Beth being disowned, Rip being killed, and who knows what he would have done to Jamie for trying to help Beth keep it a secret; especially after seeing what happened to Kayce and Jamie didn’t rate nearly as high as him. It’s also frustrating to see Beth crying about Jamie taking everything John worked for yet she didn’t even really care about the ranch while Jamie actively did things to keep the ranch alive and keep the Duttons, who never appreciated his efforts, out of jail. I also believe the tribe is playing Beth, she wasn’t there for John and the chiefs prison talk, so she has no idea that the tribe has sworn to insure the Duttons do not keeps the land.
I agree, 100% I got into Westerns because of Red Dead Redemption But what’s different about this is that the characters here I never held accountable Jamie’s evil but Rip and John are angels John andrip are nothing more than serial killers in cowboy hats

There does seem to be a small change in that narrative now that Jamie has convinced Kaycee to at least consider that he wasn't involved in John's death and does want to save the ranch while Beth has turned on John and has given up in the fight
First off, we have no clue who Beth baby belonging to. Ha! She was sleeping with all the cowboys. And should never have kids. She even talked on killing Jamie kid. She's evil. Am team Jamie. The way his teen years he had no choice but to get rid of all evidence. Beth should thank Jamie. She had several brothers to choose from age chose the one who kept her secret. Horrible show. If you all watched 1883, then you know that the Indian predicted that the ranch would return to the Indians in six generations this episode alludes to that by the conversation they had on the porch the Indians can’t afford to buy it, but if the Dutton give it to the Indians, the Indians can put it in their try, but no one can take itthat’s where we’re going. The question is how we get there now in the next three episodes Sarah’s death was somewhat shocking only because it confirms to authorities that John Dutton was definitely murder and it will now shine a spotlight on her as being involved.

That's right about the six generations, I forgot about Tate but how awesome & with Monica & Kasey's guidance, Tate will do the right thing. Sarah getting shot was interesting, a shame she didn't get taken to the trainstation, but poetic justice that the one she hired to murder someone else also turned on her.
The one thing that doesn't make sense is Sara's death. If an organization could do that to a governor, why wouldn't they be more neat about tying up loose ends like Sara? The shooting is a loud message and draws attention.

So disappointed the way this is playing out. Like all great shows this one is falling in line to have a bunk ending. When you have the caliber of show like this one it almost becomes sacred , thus making a deal with Costner to finish the show should have spared no cost. If not then the ending without him should remind viewers of the authenticity of why we started viewing in the first place. I really don’t think that is happening, slow dragging the ending is making it more clear how important Costner was to the show.

Or someone discovers the Native American that was buried during an episode of 1883. Boom ranch is a burial ground and or historical site and can no longer be developed and receives special tax considerations. Tribe comes to an agreement/lease with the ranch for it's use and preservation of he burial/historical sites on the ranch which will eventually be handed down to a Tribal member (Casey's son). Technically the tribe gets the land back and the family keeps the ranch both avoiding it being sold and or taken.

This episode was quite the let down. The writers and Dawn Oliveri did an outstanding job making Sarah a supremely loathsome character and they squandered it to send her off this way. They should've given it an episode to leave Sarah shaken and rattled by the new coroner report, let Beth get some vengeance and end her slowly. How they summarily finished Sarah off has really shaken my faith in their ability to stick the landing on this.
Notice in the episode before kayce calls a buddy that was in the military with him “ he just got back” wearing all black. Putting weapons away. 3 men wearing all black that had guns on them. He knows about that type of work and what it cost. He was definitely one of the men that killed JD

I have a feeling it was Beth/Kayce who ordered the killing of Sarah so she could get access to her phone, which would hold all the data she needs to get to Jamie. Beth knows that it would be impossible to put a blame on Jamie, so she must get proof of Jamie’s involvement.
We are all proud that you noticed that. But you can also expect a certain degree of logic and authenticity in a series. However, past seasons have also shown that Sherdian often doesn't really have it with logic (see, for example, the thing with Beth's hysterectomy, which is absolute nonsense).
Sara’s death was so predictable. Still the best episode. They are still editing in the old footage though and it’s annoying. All the Texas stuff was obviously filmed before Costner left.

I used to be. Don’t get me wrong what he did to Beth is definitely unforgivable. He took away her chance to have children and didn’t bother to tell her. But she’s not exactly blameless either. Sterilization in Native American women has never been a secret. Maybe Beth didn’t think it would happen to her? I’m not sure. But John was more concerned in saving his ranch that his kids were forced to make adult decisions as teenagers. Jamie was always the outsider. It shows throughout the series. John even told Jamie that the reason he’s there is because his late wife wanted it. That hurts and I think that’s what caused Jamie to flip flop and why he’s so gullible. I wish this show wouldn’t end lol.
Jaime wouldn’t have a life if the Dutton’s hadn’t taken him in. His biological parents were a drug addict mother and incarcerated father. Jaime was mistreated but he’s a grown man. Could have moved away from them and made his own way.
Beth is mental. She is a knee jerk kinda girl. She does evil stuff because she was traumatized early on and never got nurturing or counseling. She desperately needed both. Her father spoiled her rotten.

Tate will inherit Yellowstone. Tate is half Indian and gives permission to the Indians for usage of the land. They get their land back.

I used to be. Don’t get me wrong what he did to Beth is definitely unforgivable. He took away her chance to have children and didn’t bother to tell her. But she’s not exactly blameless either. Sterilization in Native American women has never been a secret. Maybe Beth didn’t think it would happen to her? I’m not sure. But John was more concerned in saving his ranch that his kids were forced to make adult decisions as teenagers. Jamie was always the outsider. It shows throughout the series. John even told Jamie that the reason he’s there is because his late wife wanted it. That hurts and I think that’s what caused Jamie to flip flop and why he’s so gullible.
