I've got an antique 5 level 10 drawer cabinet made in the mid 1920s which uses a double slide system on both sides of each drawer box. Eachdouble slide provides 2 glide paths, with an upper and lower glide path. That allows the drawer to completely exit the cabibet before dropping (saves the cabinet edges). The drawers have 2 metal pins on each side to guide it on movement. They pull out like your project, but each level has an increasing tilt angle (larger on higher levels) so you have approximately the same viewing angkes. I was fascinated by how they worked - all without any joinery, glue or metal except the drawer frame itself and the guide pins. As someone else mentioned here, definitely a Master. PS: where did you get the magic hammer? Amazon doesn't have it 😊
A couple weeks ago I got the Milwaukee M12 Fuel oscillating multitool kit. It came with a 2Ah and a 4Ah batteries plus a 3Ah battery on the side for free. It came to $179 Canadian. I just looked and they don't have that kit anymore. They only have the kit with the 4Ah but at the same price. I got it to remove the grout in the tiles in my shower. Worked well. I also have a Fein corded version that that is about 15 years old. I still like it but I'm not a big fan of cords on hand held tools. Nice job on the sliding rack for you oscillating tool. That's a great idea. I recently took your idea and style to make a shelf for batteries and chargers for my tools.
"A master painter we see here, this is his "draw/slide" period. There are also masterpieces by him from the "french cleat" period, the "roll over", the "fold-unfold", the "catapult/rotate", "pvc tubes" and others, just to mention a few..." said the narrator in my ears. "Great museum" i thought to myself, "...and practical!" [not common for meseums The usual, you can't help yourself anymore! Bravo!
An oscillating tool is a very undervalued tool. It's not a hammer, you won't use it on everything, but the specific occasions that call for it, you're definitely glad that you have it. I love the project, Dekay, your creativity is always inspiring and makes me want to go build. Edit: One of the best situations I could recall using an oscillating tool was when I needed to change out a toilet kit where the nut and bolt were irrevocably attached on the furthest rear bolts of the toilet tank, the bolt had to be cut out. The bolt was so close to the wall, a grinder wouldn't fit and would be too imprecise, and I wasn't able to get leverage with hand tools because of the awkward position with surrounding cabinetry. With the oscillating tool and a metal cutting head I was able to cut through the rusted bolt without damaging the ceramic on the toilet or anything else. It turned something that would've been hours of misery into an easy to solve problem.
У вас потрясающие работы, просто дух захватывает от восторга, н вам просто необходима ленточная пила, с вашим умением вы ее можете сами сделать, но она вам облегчит вашу работу просто разы!
I use my oscillating saw for cutting hole in door for dog flap and cutting plastic and copper pipes. The metal blades are only for very light metals, nails and screws would wear the teeth down but also there is a girl on TH-cam shows an easy way to sharpen these blades. You can also use a special blade for it for clearing out old grout from tiles and a scraper blade for removing lino or for sticky things on floors. Great job. I would love to know how to make your shelf for my saw thanks
thats a really cool idea with the foam for your blades, I don't think I will build this for osilating tool but I think I will build it for some tools for my leather workings, thank you for all your cool ideas, sincerely deb in VT.USA
Hiya Dekay, may I say that you have exceptional skills already. Please could you tell me what glue you used on this project as it seems to be like a superglue that sticks and sets instantly. Dekay, please 🙏 keep up the great work me darling and you’ll find me watching your other videos. Great job 👏 😘
You are quickly becoming one of my favorite woodcraft creators. Your mechanisms are simple and extremely functional. Great video once again! Also...love the copy/paste hammer 😉
Vaše videá sú fantastické 👍💓 perfektná pedantná práca 👏 dokonale zorganizované fakt super 👍 pozdravujem zo Slovenska 🇸🇰 ďakujem veľmi pekne za inšpiráciu a prajem veľa tvorivých nápadov 😀
I had to cut through a lot of nails under a wall when removing rotten flooring. This was the tool to have. It is often my favorite tool. Many are unfamiliar with and are unsure of the tool. However, most become converts quickly when they see how easily it assists.
I have a Worx multitool, not a Stanley, but these are a few tools I found useful: There is a scraper (no teeth) to remove old glue; There also are blades to cut and sand tiles and stone. The semi-circular sawblade is good for plunge-cutting and longer cuts (not so easy to support it from the side with your fingers!) There even are blades for non-ferrous metals and even steel.
I just notice. Your sander had doesn't have a mount for a vacuum cleaner. Mine did came with a mount for it and a extension. I don't know if it would be usefull. Might going to order a stanley vacuum soon too
Magnífico trabajo , esos cajones articulados son muy prácticos , gracias por compartir tanta creatividad y conocimientos , un saludo cordial y por supuesto un gran like desde Narón , Galicia ( España) 🤓 😜
Milwaukee is still good, but the batteries are overpriced. Stanley has a good price range. And do 90% of what milwaukee can. And sometimes, milwaukee is hard available in a country.
friend your works are sensational, very creative, i intend to try to make a chest of drawers you could have the project in pdf with all the measures to make it easier for us, but the design you made was very good. congratulation. Campinas/SP Brasil
Fine workmanship for sure. I do need to ask "why not traditional drawer?" I get that it's not as cool but in the shop function always comes before form.
You are right, because he put it in the wrong spot. But! This is a great modification for a drawer that is placed too high. Change the drawer to this so you don't need a step stool to access its contents.

GREAT JOB.
Those multitools are great, but a jigsaw would have been easier and come out cleaner.
nice work 🇵🇰
👍👍👍
I absolutely love your work, and your videos. You have taught me a great deal and inspired me to do more in my own work. Thank you.
No more red tools? The organization in this shop is insane. Everything has its nice holder/storage
