      I've been in a 787 dreamliner recently, From Sydney to Manila and from Los Angeles to New York, it's sick I like the colours on the plane roof and the tinted windows.

      I’m French. Every time I go to Australia, my heart calms down by 10 beats a minute. And in Perth? Even slower. In the outback, the smell and the flies, the sun and the stars...
      It’s like going to heaven. Lagoons, peaceful people, #IllRideWithYou inclusivity, skilled workers, top HDI of the world, gosh I wish I were a citizen. Great nation.

      AvGeek NZ pretty bloody good isn’t it. I’m a kiwi but I always liked the 2000s “I still call Australia home” campaign so it was cool how that merged in too near the end.

      Qantas since years ago has connection with the Aboriginal community. They have the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Programme. They also have preserved lots of Aboriginal artwork, i.e. their plane liveries, which usually ends with _Dreaming._

    My goodness, I'm a 31 year old American and a pilot in training. I've very seldom felt this way but watching this video was an almost spiritual and emotional experience for me. I have always loved Qantas and Australia even though I've never been there and never yet flown on one of their flights.

    Thank goodness! I thought they had forgot the I still call Australia home, it’s nice that they restored that version. The 2000s-2010s part was so pleasant and nostalgic, even only being 10 years ago. Qantas MUST use that song in every safety video.

      @@DarkFalconAnimations you flew a long flight aswell, same as me I took a flight from Sydney to Los Angeles which is 14 hours and another 4 hour flight from Los Angeles to New York so a total of 18 hours, I flew for nearly 24 hours, plus like 1 or 2 hours in La waiting for my flight.

      I did as well , 1976 and the best thing of all the pilot let me sit in his seat and fly with a little help from the co-pilot . I was 7 years old .I will never forget it .

      QANTAS, DELTA, LUFTHANSA, EMIRATES. . . with four airlines you can easily circle the planet, six continents, in comfort, safety and peace of mind. Personally these airlines are my favorite, zero disappointments thus far.

    I am a migrant from Ceylon, Sri Lanka who lived in the UK before migrating to this wonderful land Australia. I have denounced all other citizenships and carry a proud Australian passport.
    And I'm proud to say I fly Qantas. when I board that plane with the Kangaroo on its tail I know "It feels like home..it is home and yes I do call Australia home." Thank you Aussies for accepting us with open arms I am truly grateful.

    At 7:32 I lit up, because I realize he was the same boy at who wanted to become a pilot at 6:13, and that’s just really made me so happy that he achieved his dream. Qantas executed the safety video exceptionally well incorporating all the aspects of the eras that they flew through.

    They featured the 747! Which is my favorite aircraft. I flew two of their 747s in 2019. Qantas was amazing. They even gave me a private tour of the aircraft, seated me in the upper deck for landing and let me tour the cockpit after. I enjoyed it so much that I filmed the entire experience 😁

    Qantas you are just amazing, wonderful, fabulous, excellent flight ✈ carrier and all of your truly remarkable service and experience and hospitality towards us in the past 28 years since I was born in 1993. Your food, your service, your flight record, your pilots, your cabin crews, your aircraft, your baggage 🧳 handles and others are top notch 👌 excellent. Thank you for supporting us for over 100 years. My absolutely upmost sincere towards thousands and thousands or millions of staff workers in the past, present and future.

    Great promotion Qantas. I loved flying in the 707 in the 60s and 70s when flying was still an adventure and not a trial. And I’m proud to own a few, just a few, shares in this the best airline.

      Actually, it is VH-OJS, as Qantas wouldn't have been able to have used OJA, as it is still at YWOL. They would've had to have planned this video 5 years ago to get a shot of VH-OJA still in service.

      @@Hungrybonegaming OJS was retired in February last year. That shot was probably filmed before that still. Plus the 1984 scheme is definitely CGI. Notice how they seem to have forgotten to change back the kangaroo on the tail to the 1984 version from the 2007 variant. (OJS was repainted into the 2007 livery in 2009)

    It brought all the great memories when I boarded my first Qantas plane, to Sydney> Melbourne> Hobart, 20 years ago when I came to study, and now I am living in this country to make it my home.

    I'm sure every Australian has had that moment when they've been overseas for a long time, and step on a Qantas plane to go home. The music, the smiling staff, everyone speaking with our accent - there's nothing like it. You're with your people and you're heading home. Enough to make a grown man sob!

      It is, I am glued to watching it. Many people would agree they are glued to it as well. I have re-watched the safety video about 20 times already and I would still watch it many times more! Well done, Qantas!

      And a lot of people will say that this is a misnomer, as it is not leaning towards showing the safety features. Dude the safety features is already shown right there, it's just flavored with aesthetics. And I think all safety videos should be aesthetic, because no one will pay attention to a boring video.

    Ugh, yess QANTAS YESSSS!!! I can't believe over a whole year has passed before I'm seeing this. Absolutely flawless execution! Beautiful how they covered their entire history and seamlessly weaved each safety instruction into the fabric of every moment in time. And that ending! What beautiful music to complement a gorgeous scene of their crew from every era. Every employee at QANTAS and the entire Australian population for that matter should be proud of this masterpiece. An endless standing ovation from me. Happy 100th QANTAS!

    No matter how many times I watch this video I can’t get enough of watching it. I love watching it over and over. It’s exciting every time. The 1980s is my favorite part of the video. I hope to fly Qantas one day and visit Australia some day.
