So, Po's not the lone ranger rocking that pure golden aura anymore. In the trailer, when the chameleon yanks Tai Lung back from the spirit world, it's a big moment. Remember how Po sent him packing with that epic Skadoosh in the first movie? And later, Kai turned Tai Lung into a jade trinket in the third flick. But here's the kicker: Tai Lung's now shining with that same golden aura as Po and Master Oogway. And let's be clear, not everyone in the spirit realm gets that glow-up - just look at Kai. So, this could mean Tai Lung got a fresh start in the spirit world, maybe even picked up some Chi mastery from Oogway. How wild would that be? The reason why it appears that Tai Lung is glowing is from the spiritual door to the spirit realm being opened. After it was closed he wasn’t glowing anymore same with many fighters. Go watch the movie

Umm... He beat people up because he couldn't get his way and tried to kill tons of people. I think that makes him a villain ( Tho I do hope he gets a chance at redemption and reunites with his father). Plus, Tigress grew up thinking the same thing about herself and yet she humbly accepted Po as the chosen one. I believe Shifu had been training her to become the dragon warrior too ( Judging by his reaction), so she definitely had been geared to expect to receive that title. If he genuinely wanted the title because he cared about the safety of people, then I think he would've accepted Oogway's decision and taken it like an adult. Him not doing so just proved that he wasn't ready.

I don't think Tai Lung wants to be the Dragon Warrior. He said it himself, all he ever wanted was to make Shifu proud. His desire for the title was from Shifu, not from him.
And now that he realized that the Dragon Warrior is just a name and the dragon scroll is just a piece of paper, it will make sense that he'll refuse the title and find a new purpose of his own and not somebody else's.
As for Zhen, pretty she'll receive the title whether many people like it or not.

Knowing how things are going nowadays, here’s my guess: Po meets the snake lady at the beginning of the movie and loses his kung fu abilities and his staff to her, she uses the staff to bring back Ty Lung but steals his Kung Fu too, Po goes on adventure to find someone to take his place as dragon warrior and finds the fox girl, Po becomes her sensei, but on the way they meet Ty Lung who is either crazy or enlightened and works at a tea or noodle shop. Fox girl defeats snake lady and Po either doesn’t get his Kung Fu back or he gets it back but decides to retire. Mark my words.
So you’re predicting that they’ll turn this into another “new girl fixes everything while the main dudes that we’ve known for quite some time now either can’t or won’t do much because….reasons” type of story? God I hope that’s not the case, getting sick and tired of stuff like that popping up in my favorite series. 😣😒

No Redemption arc, the aura is just because of the fact he came from the Spirit Realm. All people recalled from the spirit realm had it.
Also, a really heartwarming moment happens when all 3 villains and others recalled, show respect to Po and recognise him as the Protector of the Valley of Peace. They all perform Gongshou to do so.
Never is too late to change. I hope tai lung gets more story

Knowing modern Movies we can safely say they will make the fox girl the new Dragon Warrior.
Po will most lilely become the new Oogway, And Tai Lung who knows every move by heart will propably reconcile with Shifu and become the new Instructor/Master. Playing big on the emotional scenes just lile Po meeting his biological father.

He needs to reconcile with Shifu in the mortal world with the guaranteed promise that he will achieve his goal someday, but I doubt that will happen as he has chosen to remain in the Spirit realm. Tai Lung is the only actor that spoken in Kung Fu Panda 4
General Kai accepted his defeat by a dragon warrior. "Its not just about all power it have"
Lord Shen, in the kung fu panda 2 the end of lord shen, He accepted to be peace and po was right. "Its all in the past, Just choose what you have become than being a villain."
Lord Shen , General Kai and Tai Lung are good now.

Tai Lung just appeared out of nowhere that he says "Not even the great, Dragon warrior" which is his last time to be appear in the mortal realm. However, the Chameleon uses the Master of chi wand to open the gates of the spirit realm and to bring back all the legendary villains and heroes to the mortal world to consume their power of chi and also their moves too.
In the end scene, you see.. Kai and Shen are not spoken at all except Tai Lung. Tai lung accepted his fate and was forgiven po and let it be the big fat panda po, the dragon warrior.
Tai Lung said this to Po "Maybe oogway was right about you, you are completely useless after all." It meant as a compliment and respecting the chosen of the Dragon warrior.
Before he said that to Master Po, Tai lung sees the vision of Po while Tai Lung is in the cage or so i say he's captured by the chameleon and this said to po "I see only lies promise" or "I see broken promises". And po immediately realized that he needs to fix the wrong to right way for being the Dragon Warrior and what is meant for being the Dragon Warrior for all well be respected"
In the extra scene, in just a short excitement, that furious 5 is in the scene to practice with newer and another chosen to be the Dragon Warrior and the master of pickpocket is Zhen.

Watching something like this recommended to me after watching the movie just hits different
He was never the villain in my opinion. When I watch that scene with Master Shifu in the palace. When I heard Tai Lung scream, “say you’re proud of me”
Makes you realise that he’s just a son whom feels abandoned by his father.
And glimpse of Tai Lung’s past, you can see he really worked the hardest to make Shifu proud. He gave Shifu his all, and Shifu did nothing to defend him. This felt like betrayal to Tai. He most likely thought he was thrown away. Betrayal can make you do stupid things, and on top of that. Two was imprisoned for decades. You can imagine what betrayal, confinement, and built up anger can do.
Master Oogway was never the one to decide who becomes the Dragon Warrior. The Dragon Warrior decides if he’s the Dragon Warrior. There’s no secret to it. Anyone can become the Dragon Warrior.
If King Fu panda taught me something. It’s not the mastery of violence that makes you strong. It’s the heart and what you do with that heart that makes you strong.
Po became the Dragon Warrior because he learned to overcome emotional obstacles. Whereas Tai did not, but then again. They’re both tormented by something. Where for app it’s his identity. And for Tai, it’s his daddy issues. But then again, app has got some Daddy Issues as well.
But at the end of the day, it’s just a movie. But the way it conveys storytelling, it’s quite amazing.
This is just my 2 cents, we all have different perspectives on the matter.

It seems like Tai lung getting absorbed happens pretty early in thr movie, so I hope he somehow breaks free at some point and helps stop the chameleon even if he isn't fully a good guy

Tai Lung wasn’t so much a villain as just a previous hero who wanted what he was promised his entire life, but was ultimately denied because he lacked humility and acceptance.
The crazy part is that, from his perspective, his entire life was decided to be for nothing, just because Oogway basically said "Nah, he's not the one". Hard to blame him for getting angry
