This is brilliant. Thanks Lee. You've turned my world around over lockdown as I have learned to grow veg through your fantastic videos. So, that's a big thank you from me! This video is hugely informative and really very useful. You are truly inspirational. I really really hope this plant based diet works for you. You're FAB x

Thanks for naming the issue of single use plastics-- they are incredibly harmful to the environment and we now find micro plastics in our water supplies as a result of it. I love how this video covers so many nutrients we still need to be mindful of in our diets and thank you for sharing your journey in the process. I relate with avoiding soy and eating a more anti-inflammatory diet. Cheers to good health and thank you for sharing your knowledge!

This is incredible! You beautifully combined your love for plants with plant nutrition, and you highlighted so many important topics- a lot of people think frozen foods are less nutritious, when they’re actually more nutritious in some cases-I’m so glad you touched on that! A huge problem I see with my vegan clients is that they eat vegan junk food like you explained. Even vegan cheese is filled with trans fats and chemicals so I’m so glad you mentioned the nutritional yeast :) I love this video- keep this up!!

Wow Lee! What an awesome video 💚. I really appreciate all the hard work you put into it with solid research and plenty of options.
I ate this way for about a year to heal my psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis. The healing was amazing. Added bonuses I got were less anxiety/ depression, more energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, less indigestion and just overall better health. I know you'll find healing in many areas as well. Again, one of the best videos on the topic I've seen. Well done 🤗 Praying for you!

It's great that you're talking about this. I was grocery shopping the other day here in Australia at woolworths and the 'organic' section of the store was literally only 6 items for sale. I'm not into veganism or anything but I'm sick of chemical foods and processed everything. Not to mention almost every item in store is stored in plastic. We need to have these conversations so that a bit of change can be made for the environment/human health.

Thanks Project Diaries! I'm a vegan (6 yrs) but it's very good to look at what foods we need to stay healthy as somethings you can overlook certain ones. I do understand the difference between being vegan and only plant based. But once a month I like to buy a freshly made vegan pizza (with vegan cheese) and every now and again perhaps a sausage roll from Greggs. I like that there is an option nowadays for nearly everything and that way I don't feel limited in my food choices. Great video btw and I hope going plant based helps you with your health issues, 😀 🌱

I'm basically living off of bread and cheese, I swear, cheese feels addictive, but you inspire me so much. Our little vegetable garden is growing and I'll expand it a little this week. I'll probably continue eating bread,I just love making it too much, but will try to reduce it and use whole flour. Both my grandmas died very young due to heart attacks, and my father passed away two years ago from it as well. I'm young but I feel like I need to get it together. My mom also has heart disease and eats way too much salt, I'll be trying to make her reduce that too, the perks of being the home cook! Anyway, I just love your videos so much, thank you for your work. Wishing safety, health and happiness to you from across the world.

Love your channel. Please research why you should avoid wheat. I've read that in the States, even if it's it's organic, farmers use Round Up to defoliate the week of harvest. Also, grains in general increase inflammation in the body.
