    Excellent strength session, even though I still cannot do some of the poses that require you to stand on one leg. I keep trying and one day I am going to make it. Thank you and Namaste.

    Thankyou Melissa 193 beautiful strong and resting. my body feels great, energetic and lithe....love practicing with you, you make me smile and giggle every session. if the butterflies aren't flying around other insects are, isn't that wonderful.
