That is EXACTLY what I told my wife, the stage presence, including the audience, and to know they started so long ago! I bought all their albums on my music app and am just going through discovery after discovery.
Absolutely wonderful band. My latest obsession. As a 63-year-old, I thought music like this was a thing of the past. I will catch them on tour the soonest chance I get.
I was at this show and my daughter made me promise to take her to see them next time they played a Southern California show, so I will also be at the Los Angeles show this year with my 6 year old daughter. The show Ghost puts on is worth every penny you pay to see it. You will not regret it.
First time I seen Ghost was 2012 at Station 4 in St Paul MN. Their first US tour. Small/medium sized club that used to be called Ryan’s with a long history. There were like 30 people there. Crazy how far they’ve come. They deserve all the success they’ve had. One of the best bands in the modern era.
There was actually a video from that gig on TH-cam as recently as three months ago...The song Ritual...at least that's the only one I am aware of. I know "Ryan's" very well!
Ive always wondered if a band that is as theatric as Ghost can do the same kind of thing in such a small setting. I assume it is either laughable or the coolest thing ever. Ive only seen them with five thousand other people and it was awesome.
This was my first Ghost show and I liked them rather casually, but seeing them live changed my outlook completely. I get goosebumps revisiting this performance - thanks for the upload.

Ghost needs to do 2 things... 1. Release a proper live Blu Ray 2. Release a Rock Opera concept musical based on their entire "history" either using old songs or creating something new
Ghost deserve the fame they have right now, they even deserve more than that. Tobias did great, establishing the band and coming up with such a unique concept. Even the ghouls and ghouless are great, I love them all so much, they are the only band who got me hooked to metal musics. I wish I can see them live but idk if that'll ever be possible, I'm from 🇵🇭
I just want to personally say and thank you and I appreciate you recording shows like you do. Please keep doing it. I work two jobs and still don’t have enough money to pay bills go to concerts at the same time like I’d like to. Music is my life and saved me from going off the deep end numerous times. Music keeps my heart and soul in a good place. So watching live concerts on your channel helps take the edge off and gets me familiar with how different bands are live. The great quality is an additional perk. Please keep doing what you’re doing 🤘🏼.
Im gonna say it now, Ghost is the next Metallica. Whether you like it or not they are growing fast, not too long ago they were playing small venues. I feel like they can be the next BIG metal band that everyone knows.
Sorry but they don´t sound metal at all, it's more like pop with guitars. It lacks something very important that Metal has, something that makes you feel that "energy", it sounds "hollow" for me, I don´t feel anything. If some people enjoy it that´s good for them.

I like the way they do the shows. Papa leaves when its time for the Ghouls to lead its a cool dynamic most bands don't do. Normally the lead singer will just head bang or something til its time to sing its refreshing to see honestly
Was my first ever concert, had an incredible time. All a big coincidence, I just came to San Diego to visit my family. The energy the band has and how the crowd reciprocates it was so fun. Came home with no voice left. Nice that can relive it a bit through ur recording :)
I'm so glad I flew in for this concert! This was my second time seeing them live and I CANNOT recommend it enough, if you even "kinda" like them, GO SEE THEM LIVE!
I just recently discover Ghost and I’m so glad I did. I’m transitioning out of a lifetime of listening to only top 40. The world needs more bands like this.
Only listening to "top 40" or commercial music is what i decribe as being able to see but living your life with a blindfold on. Having your mind opening for new and varried styles of music can bring you so much joy. Music is the nectar of life.
The musicianship we’re getting from Tobias and the ghouls/ghoulettes is literally at the highest level, such a class act. There aren’t many bands out there right now that are really trying to give you every bit of what you paid for (and more!) like they are - Can’t wait for the Trenton show! (Amazing quality video btw!)

Sobbing. I saw them in the UK & seeing this has brought it all flooding back. First time seeing them on this tour & it was quite frankly the best night of my life.
I just love the way Tobias struts around the stage. When he was gyrating his hips in mummy dust, oh still my beating heart. I could watch him all day and night and never get bored. Bro, the quality of this upload is amazing! Both the sound and the video are on point. I love being able to watch how different musicians command an audience. One that sticks out in my mind is Neil Fallon from Clutch. That man commands a stage like an old time revival preacher.
I saw Ghost open up for Opeth & Mastodon in May of 2012 at The Masquerade in Atlanta. I was a big fan back then and even a bigger fan now! So glad to see how much they have grown over the years…well, Tobias😂 Thanks for the upload!
Still remember the first time I saw them playing a little side stage with barely 150 people watching. I was hooked instantly....I'm glad to see they have blown up and finally are being acknowledged as they should be.
Saw them in Sweden this spring, and my absolute favorite moment is when they resurrect Papa Nihil during Miasma, and he plays his saxophone solo. Makes me laugh, scream and cry at the same time!😂
Saw them Aug 23rd, 2023 in Burgettstown, Pa. just south west of Pittsburgh. Best band that I ever saw live. I really hope they are together a long time. I want to go see them again.
Wow, I saw volbeat in February.I wasn’t planning on staying for ghost but I said let me hear a song or two.Well, I ended up staying for the whole show and I’ve been listening to them everyday since.I heard of them before but hearing/seeing them live was amazing and a game changer.🤘🤘🤘🤘
As I'm watching this again for like the tenth time, I have to comment on how adorable it is how many times TF forgets the lyrics when he's touring! And amazingly gets right back on track in a few words every single time. (Examples in this particular ritual are Spillways and Year Zero!)

I've been a Ghost fan for years now, but this show I managed to get up front, center stage with only 2 shorter women in front of me. It was one of the best places I've had in a large venue concert and worth every minute of the wait. They put on one fucking amazing show. And I caught a guitar pick.

My brother introduced me to these guys about a year ago.... he had "Dance Macabre" on a playlist he loaned me. At first, I was "meh", but they have really started to grow on me.
Mary on a Cross is my favorite, introduced me to Ghost. it is so amazing to hear it live and the audience singing back to it without screaming it, actually singing.

I was there for this concert and it was amazing! The set list was a perfect mix of old and new and the flames for Year Zero were probably my favorite part. Also when Impera first came out, I knew that Kaisarion would be amazing live and I was not disappointed :)
Great show! My third time seeing them and they are hands down one of the best performances you can catch live. This set list was incredible, wish I had the chance to see them on another leg of this tour. Thanks for the video! It’s nice to have a way to go back to a great memory.
Saw them twice this year, in Pittsburgh and Youngstown. The Pittsburgh show was sort of a “What’s going on in the city tonight?” while my wife and I were on our 25th anniversary getaway. Show was one of the warm-ups before Impera dropped. Amazing. Saw them a few weeks ago in Youngstown. This time it was a Father’a Day present from my kids. I didn’t think it could get any better but I was wrong. Amazing performance. From a thirty-year die hard Metallica fan, Ghost is, to me, the most relevant and meaningful rock band of the last 20 years.
Terrific concert, excellent staging and production, very slick. I read that Tobias is at the sound desk getting everything just right, he is a perfectionist and control freak, but it's pretty obvious, he gets the best out of everyone from the crew and the band. The front of house sound is superb. I'd almost put the sound of the band like power pop and a bit of a 70's throwback, with a hint of their Swedish forerunners Abba, in the harmonies and choruses, the whole night was full of faultless performances ....
Great band and great performers. They gave the crowd an awesome performance. I didn't want it to be over. Just watching the video takes me back there. Good job on the video men.

This tour was awesome! I wouldn't say I'm a huge ghost fan before this show. I know about half the songs they played on this tour but I would definitely go and see them again if they were in my city. Lots of fun!
My only complaint about this show/tour was them removing “From the Pinnacle to the Pit” from the setlist, but aside from that, they put on a HELL of a performance. Little bro and I caught them in early March in Anaheim and they were awesome, then we caught this show in San Diego this past August and their transitions into the setlist flowed BEAUTIFULLY. The theatrics, wardrobe changes for Papa Emeritus IV were so satisfying, the lighting, Papa Nihil’s appearance, the inclusion of the ghouls and ghoulettes were so delightful. I hope Ghost makes a return soon to Cali but it looks as though their tour is heading out to Europe. The Europeans are going to absolutely love them. Thank you for uploading this and allowing me to relive that night.
Despite only really hearing about Ghost recently, they have quickly become one of my favorites. From the music to the theatrics and the killer show they seem to put on, Im so sad i haven’t listened to them before. Fantastic job of capturing the ritual 🤘🏻
I was at that show. Square Hammer gave me the chills hearing the crowd singing it! It was the most kindest, positive audience. People totally looking out for each other singing demonic songs - totally amazing show! Mastodon threw down too! Thanks for posting! Some people near us lost personal belongings as did our friend (those seats) and everything was returned. Proud of San Diego that night!
Ghost is defnitely something to get into. I didn't like it for the first 6 months after my friend introduced me to them, but unlike a lot of artists, the more you listen to them, the more you hear. They're the only one's I've not burned out on listening to

I discovered you through your Ghost videos but have a bunch of your other shows saved in my playlist to watch. I’m disabled, low income and rarely get to enjoy a good view from the wheelchair & accessible seating areas at gigs I can afford to go to (like disabled people don’t wanna rock out at the front or from a section in the pit instead of stuck on a balcony or back of the room!) so your videos provide me with views I could only dream of, from shows by artists I could never afford to see live. Sure watching on my screen at home isn’t the same but I playback on being able to have friends round for a ghost gig night with a borrowed projector so it’s at least as close as I could get to the real thing! Thank you so much, I hope you get to enjoy the shows without being too distracted by filming them if you do it all yourself! Any more ghost shows in the pipeline? Slipknot? Korn? Just some of my fave live artists to watch live 😊

Bro, the quality of this upload is amazing! Both the sound and the video are on point. I love being able to watch how different musicians command an audience. One that sticks out in my mind is Neil Fallon from Clutch. That man commands a stage like an old time revival preacher.

I saw Ghost open up for Opeth & Mastodon in May of 2012 at The Masquerade in Atlanta. I was a big fan back then and even a bigger fan now! So glad to see how much they have grown over the years…well, Tobias😂 Thanks for the upload!

Still remember the first time I saw them playing a little side stage with barely 150 people watching. I was hooked instantly....I'm glad to see they have blown up and finally are being acknowledged as they should be.
Saw them in Sweden this spring, and my absolute favorite moment is when they resurrect Papa Nihil during Miasma, and he plays his saxophone solo. Makes me laugh, scream and cry at the same time!😂

Saw them Aug 23rd, 2023 in Burgettstown, Pa. just south west of Pittsburgh. Best band that I ever saw live. I really hope they are together a long time. I want to go see them again.
Wow, I saw volbeat in February.I wasn’t planning on staying for ghost but I said let me hear a song or two.Well, I ended up staying for the whole show and I’ve been listening to them everyday since.I heard of them before but hearing/seeing them live was amazing and a game changer.🤘🤘🤘🤘

As I'm watching this again for like the tenth time, I have to comment on how adorable it is how many times TF forgets the lyrics when he's touring! And amazingly gets right back on track in a few words every single time. (Examples in this particular ritual are Spillways and Year Zero!)
He comes in wrong on the first chorus of "he is"😂didn't affect the show, at least for me tho

I've been a Ghost fan for years now, but this show I managed to get up front, center stage with only 2 shorter women in front of me. It was one of the best places I've had in a large venue concert and worth every minute of the wait. They put on one fucking amazing show. And I caught a guitar pick.

A heartfelt thank you. 1:15:02 and your HQ recording of it was the last thing I needed to finally change from "I should" to "I HAVE to" see them live. Ordered tickets for June yesterday. I also got my 60+ y/o parents to come with me without knowing anything but a small medley I cut together so they have no idea of what's coming😄
I brought my mom to this show, after introducing her to a small amount of the Ghost catalogue. She will be attending the Los Angeles show with me and my daughter this year. 🤣
I was there for this concert and it was amazing! The set list was a perfect mix of old and new and the flames for Year Zero were probably my favorite part. Also when Impera first came out, I knew that Kaisarion would be amazing live and I was not disappointed :)

Saw them twice this year, in Pittsburgh and Youngstown. The Pittsburgh show was sort of a “What’s going on in the city tonight?” while my wife and I were on our 25th anniversary getaway. Show was one of the warm-ups before Impera dropped. Amazing. Saw them a few weeks ago in Youngstown. This time it was a Father’a Day present from my kids. I didn’t think it could get any better but I was wrong. Amazing performance. From a thirty-year die hard Metallica fan, Ghost is, to me, the most relevant and meaningful rock band of the last 20 years.
Terrific concert, excellent staging and production, very slick. I read that Tobias is at the sound desk getting everything just right, he is a perfectionist and control freak, but it's pretty obvious, he gets the best out of everyone from the crew and the band. The front of house sound is superb.
I'd almost put the sound of the band like power pop and a bit of a 70's throwback, with a hint of their Swedish forerunners Abba, in the harmonies and choruses, the whole night was full of faultless performances ....

This tour was awesome! I wouldn't say I'm a huge ghost fan before this show. I know about half the songs they played on this tour but I would definitely go and see them again if they were in my city. Lots of fun!
My only complaint about this show/tour was them removing “From the Pinnacle to the Pit” from the setlist, but aside from that, they put on a HELL of a performance. Little bro and I caught them in early March in Anaheim and they were awesome, then we caught this show in San Diego this past August and their transitions into the setlist flowed BEAUTIFULLY. The theatrics, wardrobe changes for Papa Emeritus IV were so satisfying, the lighting, Papa Nihil’s appearance, the inclusion of the ghouls and ghoulettes were so delightful. I hope Ghost makes a return soon to Cali but it looks as though their tour is heading out to Europe. The Europeans are going to absolutely love them. Thank you for uploading this and allowing me to relive that night.
Despite only really hearing about Ghost recently, they have quickly become one of my favorites. From the music to the theatrics and the killer show they seem to put on, Im so sad i haven’t listened to them before. Fantastic job of capturing the ritual 🤘🏻

I was at that show. Square Hammer gave me the chills hearing the crowd singing it! It was the most kindest, positive audience. People totally looking out for each other singing demonic songs - totally amazing show! Mastodon threw down too! Thanks for posting! Some people near us lost personal belongings as did our friend (those seats) and everything was returned. Proud of San Diego that night!

Ghost is defnitely something to get into. I didn't like it for the first 6 months after my friend introduced me to them, but unlike a lot of artists, the more you listen to them, the more you hear. They're the only one's I've not burned out on listening to

Thank you so much for the work you do to bring us these live shows, you do it brilliantly! I discovered you through your Ghost videos but have a bunch of your other shows saved in my playlist to watch. I’m disabled, low income and rarely get to enjoy a good view from the wheelchair & accessible seating areas at gigs I can afford to go to (like disabled people don’t wanna rock out at the front or from a section in the pit instead of stuck on a balcony or back of the room!) so your videos provide me with views I could only dream of, from shows by artists I could never afford to see live. Sure watching on my screen at home isn’t the same but I playback on being able to have friends round for a ghost gig night with a borrowed projector so it’s at least as close as I could get to the real thing!
