Bro! You have absolutely NO idea how much I was hoping you would say that kingdom hearts dream drop distance is the real kingdom hearts 3! Like, I wouldn't be mad at all if they really did have this be kh3 honestly. I don't know why this was so underrated amongst the fanbase, it's actually my personal favorite game out of the handheld era. When it came out for Nintendo 3DS I was amazed how a game like that can hold up on a console level. Finding out that there's a 'real' organization 13 is one of the most iconic scenes in the entire series. They did everything right in that game and it does deserve more credit than it already does
Yeahhh, idk. I really didn’t like abilities being tied to dream eaters. The portal sections are way too confusing for me to grind to get abilities like second chance and stuff so I just gave up on the game lol. I’ll probably return eventually but that’s the only issue I had with it
That is true😂 I hated that as well. My favorite magic in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will always be balloonra because it does high damage and it's good for defense.

It's a ongoing meme in the Kingdom Hearts Community about dream drop distance sora and re-coded Sora being the clueless ones of the bunch lol. Sora is awesome and he is not stupid. it just so happens that he tends to be a little bit on the dense side in those two games particular
I've been saying KH3d is the true KH3 since it's initial release. But over time I've changed my mind slightly, it's more that KH3 is a two-part game. KH3 is part 2 and KH3d is part one. They are incomplete without one another, even if KH3d can stand alone up to a point, KH3 cannot.
