I mean the implication was there in English imo. Cause Cervie looks very similar to her mom, and the fact Arlecchino asks that question implies she doesn’t view “Mother” as her own.
Edit: and with the fight, she was tending to her wounds and Arlecchino is fine.

Sorry lol there’s definitely times where things get left out from other languages, but other times I feel things are “stretched” to try to paint the English dub in a bad light when not much context was missed imo. I’ve seen too many posts of “two words are left out that changes EVERYTHING, WHY DID ENGLISH DO THIS” when really, nothing changed at all.
A bit of a knee jerk reaction on my part though, I’ll admit. I’m sorry!
