I gave you a like in the video to support you but I felt bad as if I were liking you having trouble (which i don’t, I don’t enjoy when others have it rough). I had my share of lowest points; they will pass. Those moments is when we find our coping mechanisms, that one thread that we follow to get back up. Not easy, often painful. I’m sorry you are having your lowest one and I hope it all works out for you soon. Re creativity, It’s also ok to have a breath, it’ll come back. Revisit your happy places/movies/books … and let yourself ride the wave. I’m sending you + energy .
