- June 2010 Rehearsal is an extended play by alternative rock band Primus released on August 5, 2010 worldwide. The EP has been released digitally from Primus' official website for free. It is the first Primus release to feature original drummer Jay Lane, who left the band before their debut, Suck on This.

when they got back together I didn't know what to expect but I saw them at Red Rocks and Jay was an animal! Tim is still my favorite. At the bowling ally in 2014 Tim was so spot on you didn't know that he was there until you looked behind the drum kit incredible. Leroy the most underrated guitar on the planet. Primus ruined live shows for me. they change their show every night no stale rehearsed jokes everything is authentic. close to 40 shows and nobody comes close. I haven't said anything about Leslie because we all know and nothing needs to be said
Live primus for me only spoiled American life. I always expect that paralyze song by sausage in the middle.

As a bass player les, of course, is my bass hero. That being said, when you stop and really pick out the stuff ler is doing, incredible! Saw an interview where they asked him how does he know where to put anything with the shit les n herb are doin? Sed sometimes he has to look for it, sometimes it's just there. What more need be said?

@@mikeoxmells69 it isn't. Pachys weren't a thing till NYE 2010 or 2011.
@@mikeoxmells69 bc the pachys weren't even made yet. The one he used at NYE was a prototype. This recording is well before that. He used the replica CT the entire oddity faire tour and didn't start using Pachys till 2011 or later. First recording is likely green naugahyde, not to mention the Pachys sound much different with the P bass pick ups rather than the soapbars that the CT has.
@@samstewart5744 completely right, this was shortly after Primus came back surprisingly with Jayski. Saw them live shortly after and Les was using the CT replica of his original bass. It sounds different than his OG because the EMG DC looking pickup was actually a 35P4, so a P pickup in DC housing. The placement of the pickup is different than the Pachyderm P pickup and is totally sort of the missing link between his old sound and modern sound.
