The best character this show ever had... and they managed to screw her up in the finale. Sad.
She was aware of what she was doing. She killed whenever she had to and she saved Stefan and Damon's asses when they needed her help but they would admit it. I doubt Katherine ever got into a killing spree like Stefan and Damon did all over the years.
All they did was to turn their switch off, kill some people and blame their actions on her because she turned them into vampires.
Katherine may have played with Damon in 1864 but she loved him as she loved Stefan. She saved both of their lives in 1864.

I REALLY REALLY hated her in Seasons 1 - 3. But like end of Season 4 and Season 5, when she became human, I was kind of rooting for her. Even without vampire powers, she was still able to defend herself. She even SAVED Jeremy's life even though she was an aging human. I didn't want her to get killed. I wanted them to have bonnie cast a spell for Katherine, so she could have a body to go to, and then still have Elena return to her own body... instead of killing Katherine's daughter and Katherine to save Elena.
Katherine and Elena have complete different personalities! You can see it in their eyes. Elena’s is full of innocence, and Katherine has deep intensions
Katherine deserved a spin off. She was highly the best character.
I wish we saw a good ending for Katherine At The End Like We a Did With Stefan :/
Um we did NOT see a good ending for Stefan. Maybe you are confusing Stefan with Damon? Stefan left his own wife to rot, he still didn't have any good days in his life as a good person, and SPOILER ALERT died without a good day with his wife, without any good days of life, so he basically died without having a good day in his whole life EXCEPT just the first few days after officially meeting Elena.

the writers did katherine dirty in the finale. i wanted to see katherine seek full revenge on everybody at mystic falls, especially stefan for killing her and prevented her to be happy with nadia. (her daughter) but it all had to do with nina’s scheduling cause she was promoting a different movie :(

I don‘t know what everybody sees in her. For me she always was the deus ex charakter, who appeared when the salvatores needed information or just a charakter when a random villain had to steal their stuff or sth. Pls explain, don‘t mean to trigger someone.
