Am I the only one who thinks brood is ungodly easy? You literally just need tamed megatheriums and a yuti. Probably the least preparation needed for any boss
It's only so easy cuz there is a specific dino that shreds bugs. If they randomly banned the sloth, you'd have to have some really good Rex's/saddles and expect to lose a few. 6 sloths with the bug buff and 70+ armor saddles run thru it with ease, maybe 1 loss.

One thing you forgot to mention was that the master controller gives you such a short amount of time that you have to use his vulnerability to its fullest extent otherwise you have to restart
thats what i was thinking, because while i never fought them legitimately, and i just spawned myself high ass level dinos and still lost, while island bosses take like 10 rexes and like 5 megatheriums for brood.

Three things: 1. I think broodmother is incredibly easy and just with a bunch of megatheriums and a yuti you can kill her pretty easily. For me she should be like some places down. 2. The dragon is incredibly hard if you're trying to kill it with conventional means, but you can actually cheese him with one or two deinonychus. You can literally run up to him when he lands and bite him on one leg and while you're dealing like 6k damage per attack thanks to the bleeding effect of the deinonychus the dragon can't hit you. Just in two interactions he can die prety easily (flies, lands, deal damage, fly away, lands again and it's dead). I think the pteras and dimorphodons can be more difficult when using this method, but if you have a deino with good health and saddle it shouldn't be a problem.

For me rockwell prime was the hardest. Because it was physically impossible for me to beat it legit. Because the game kept crashing before I would even destroy the second node during phase 1. Single player xbox series x by the way. No idea if they fixed it because I haven't played survival evolved in months but gen 2 was the only map I couldn't beat because it kept crashing.
This is sadly a normal thing on Xbox that won't be fixed. Same issue :( Hopefully when Gen II comes to Ascended us console players can finally beat it without crashing
@novosibirsk-burgersoup I was trying to run it on alpha with high level R reaper kings and a yuty with 100k health and ascended saddle and no matter what I did I couldn't destroy the second node because it kept crashing either before or just after. I ended up just using admin commands to kill all the nodes then sending my reapers in to chop rockwell to death while I ran around on the yuty until he finally died. Really annoyed me I had to do that just to finally beat all the bosses on alpha.

If you’re on a cluster Rockwell is extremely easy if you use cactus broth and a good shotgun with alot of bullets. The only thing that makes that strategy difficult is the time limit on the boss
Never finished Rockwell prime alpha because I couldn't clear the missions but beta is almost scripted easy. Use a reaper and shadowmanes on aggressive.
Nah Fenrir is actually ridiculous. Fenrir should at least be 2nd hardest. Bro he can ice breath you across the map and one shot you. If he aggros on you, you are finished. Unless you have a stego. Edit: think of him as the prime megapithecus (when he could just one shot you off your mount)
brood on the island ist quite tough, brood on the center is bellow megapithecus, which is in the arena with her but he has a nerved hp pool and brood is for some reason listed as Alpha, unlocks engrams like alpha and drops element like alpha, but her stats and resistances are from gamma... GG Master controller on gamma is also one of the easiest bosses if you have tek. We did it 2 man without dinos, just fly around on a tek chest, have arpund 50 rockets on you (and enough rocket launchers) and simply wait for the enemies to stack up, shoot 2 rockets, get the keys before they respawn and repeat those steps. to kill the boss himself just have pumps or tek rifles on you and it is absolutely gg On alpha on the other hand, we didn't even try, beta was already hard enough with good dinos and saddles. Your own weapons deal 10 dmg from beta on
Hot take: King Titan is not hard Why: You can bring whatever you want. Have an army of ice titans? You can bring them. Have 1,000 Gigas? You can bring them. Have a mek? You can bring it. I’d give it 6th place
I'll be honest, I think that spinos are better than rexes for the broodmother fight, think about it, there's puddles of water IN THE ARENA, those are big enough for a hydration buff
You can 1v1 the alpha megapithicus on foot and no tames with nothing but an journeyman pump action or better with PLENTY of ammo, a few medical brews, a grapple hook, and some good flak armor with plenty of cold resist. Old tribemate of mine would run it multiple times a day just for element and all he asked help with was keeping resources for ammo in stock.

Does anyone know why there isn't an Overseer in Scorched Earth from a lore standpoint? I get it in the other maps as they are non canon, but scorched earth just has one guardian and I'm pretty sure it doesn't even ascend you after you kill it. Obviously from a game making standpoint they just didn't want to reuse a boss (and make it even more repetitive as it only has one boss to transform into) So yeah, why? that always bugged me out

The only info we get in the game is that the Manticore was defeated at some point by Raia, before Helena and Rockwell arrive, and that the "Tek Cave" of Scorched is located at the colliseum (with no Overseer in sight). The lore writter probably had to scramble some kind of simple explanation for a rushed DLC that came out before the story was set in stone and had some financial issues during development, and that's why all other canon maps are a lot more coherent (including the Island, wich in ASE was the only non dlc or mod content of the game). From a gameplay standpoint it also makes sense that there's not a copy + paste Overseer bossfight, although Aberration had a confirmed Overseer before being broken so that's another discrepancy that we need to take into account lore-whise.
also its spelled and pronounced as fenrisulfr. 6:38 wrong too, bring herbivores to negate the percentage based damage. and i cant fathom why people think these no range having shotguns are good. low damage, long reload time, comparable to an ascendant crossbow with 300% damage

Tbh aberration Rockwell being that high is kinda crazy. I play difficulty 10 usually and I struggle way more with broodmother and dragon for example. Alpha Rockwell is not that bad tbh
oof and here it took me close to 5 tries to defeat the alpha rockwell. i dont bring other map items so didnt have cactus broth. even on the winning round i was very close to death. skill issue most probably lol
@@SvTheGameRYT yeah i think so. I recently watched a video of a guy beating aberration without any mounts and he managed to do so on beta difficulty. Of course thats not alpha but if you know the basic strat you'll be pretty fine
@@snopji2423 during the reaper round it gets too chaotic for me and my armor breaks all the time due to those red round things. So the winnong round i took extra set of armor then i somehow managed it. I used rock drake as my mount on alpha and does that make it harder ? I hear ppl say on foot its easier

But to be fair like you said all you really need is a rockdrake and a good pump action shotgun. Just fly around shooting the tentacles on the rockdrake and cus its fast enough, unless you run into them you can also easily outspace the orbs. of course you can also shoot em to make em go away. And then just shoot at rockwell till he dies. Alpha rockwell can still be pretty tough but on this list he doesnt deserve to be that high in my opinion 🙏
personally i have never fought the special bosses or the genesis bosses, but in my opinion brood the easiest of them all idk why it is so high on the list, and when i fought fenrir once it killed all my shit i even spawned high ass level gigas and they died so idk how he supposed to be easier than brood which i could kill with like 5 megatheriums.
What!? The megapithicus has a one hit insta kill with the boulder and if you don't charge in first he'll come out and push into the hole of death which is also a insta kill
Megapithecus can’t one shot the player while mounted any more. Also, it’s safer to drag the boss to the start of the arena. Tames are much less likely to fall in the pit any more.
I think master controller is harder same with fenrir, but I definitely agree monkey is insane fact on alpha if you get stuck by a poop grenade you're just dead capped flak or not
Dude Gen1 = Ez Giga Glich + Wyvern Milk and Rockwell is fckn beaten by Cactus brew... he doesnt even attack you anymore after you use it The only realy Hard boss is the King Titan.
Master Controller is impossiable to beat me and my friends on discord tried to beat it on gamma and we cant beat it at all this thing is too overpowered and needs to be nerf or Remove the gigas and other powerful things
I've beat solo on alpha with official settings sides from breeding of course not spending years getting a 20 20 stack of health and meele on theris. It's absolutely the hardest challenge I've done in ark. Just need good armor multiple sets med brews stam brews focal chillie and a insanely good tek rifle. Stats high health stam bit of weight and ton of movement speed.
wrong. the titans are difficult but mfs dont have any self control to allow the game to be challenging. with that said, yeah the desert titan is easy. i used a 650% damage assault rifle with 800 advanced bullets standing on a quetzal platform saddle
I think Broodmother is super easy honestly. I ran her beta the other day with 2 Spinos, 4 Ceratos, 1 Rex, 1 Megatherium, A Yuty, A Deino, and 4 Allos. I guess her health is tricky but I usually mow through her and shes the first boss I go for
@@jacobbuck3193Its the only boss I have ever struggled with (took 6 attempts with a duo). I beat overseer first try without any complications solo. Note: I have only ever fought these 2 in alpha so I cant speak for the lower levels.
I will never use rexes for anything, whenever i sea a wild high level Rex i kill it so no one else can tame it. They're so boring and overrated, I mainly use stegos and nychus, way more fun
I get get you enjoy doing things your own way, and I agree that rex rushing is boring af, but other people have fun other ways so, why bother ruining their experience?

Id recommend you to use manas, velos or a shadowmane if you are using a shotty instead a deino, deinos are used for dragon (for obvious reasons).

Tbh aberration Rockwell being that high is kinda crazy. I play difficulty 10 usually and I struggle way more with broodmother and dragon for example. Alpha Rockwell is not that bad tbh
oof and here it took me close to 5 tries to defeat the alpha rockwell. i dont bring other map items so didnt have cactus broth. even on the winning round i was very close to death. skill issue most probably lol
@@SvTheGameRYT yeah i think so. I recently watched a video of a guy beating aberration without any mounts and he managed to do so on beta difficulty. Of course thats not alpha but if you know the basic strat you'll be pretty fine
@@snopji2423 during the reaper round it gets too chaotic for me and my armor breaks all the time due to those red round things. So the winnong round i took extra set of armor then i somehow managed it. I used rock drake as my mount on alpha and does that make it harder ? I hear ppl say on foot its easier
@@SvTheGameRYT yeah the reapers are hella annoying and to be fair the guy in that video did play on boosted stats with a few mods. But to be fair like you said all you really need is a rockdrake and a good pump action shotgun. Just fly around shooting the tentacles on the rockdrake and cus its fast enough, unless you run into them you can also easily outspace the orbs. of course you can also shoot em to make em go away. And then just shoot at rockwell till he dies. Alpha rockwell can still be pretty tough but on this list he doesnt deserve to be that high in my opinion 🙏

personally i have never fought the special bosses or the genesis bosses, but in my opinion brood the easiest of them all idk why it is so high on the list, and when i fought fenrir once it killed all my shit i even spawned high ass level gigas and they died so idk how he supposed to be easier than brood which i could kill with like 5 megatheriums.

What!? The megapithicus has a one hit insta kill with the boulder and if you don't charge in first he'll come out and push into the hole of death which is also a insta kill
Megapithecus can’t one shot the player while mounted any more. Also, it’s safer to drag the boss to the start of the arena. Tames are much less likely to fall in the pit any more.

I've beat solo on alpha with official settings sides from breeding of course not spending years getting a 20 20 stack of health and meele on theris. It's absolutely the hardest challenge I've done in ark. Just need good armor multiple sets med brews stam brews focal chillie and a insanely good tek rifle. Stats high health stam bit of weight and ton of movement speed.

I think Broodmother is super easy honestly. I ran her beta the other day with 2 Spinos, 4 Ceratos, 1 Rex, 1 Megatherium, A Yuty, A Deino, and 4 Allos. I guess her health is tricky but I usually mow through her and shes the first boss I go for

@@jacobbuck3193Its the only boss I have ever struggled with (took 6 attempts with a duo). I beat overseer first try without any complications solo. Note: I have only ever fought these 2 in alpha so I cant speak for the lower levels.

I will never use rexes for anything, whenever i sea a wild high level Rex i kill it so no one else can tame it. They're so boring and overrated, I mainly use stegos and nychus, way more fun
