Langston Galloway runs through 7 of his NASTIEST small guard moves for breaking down defenders, creating space, and getting to the rim. Try all seven, then pick the move that fits your game best and practice it 25-50 times, 4-6 times per week for 90 days, to ingrain it deep into your game and make it automatic. 00:23 - The Behind the Back Shift 01:17 - The Crossover - Jab - Crossover 02:02 - The Between the Legs Float & Cross 02:49 - The Trigger Step Jumper 03:35 - The Quarter Spin 04:23 - The Push Out Stunt 05:24 - The Double-Inside Out - Joe @ TeamEGT
Can y'all do a video on how to control the ball goin full speed, and best moves in transition, Also how to hop step in paint and land on 2 feet without traveling
when I'm doing crossovers and between the legs the ball usually rolls out of my hand . Usually because of my thumb , or it will be because it went straight under my pinkie side of my hand . I recently found out its because I didn't position my hand right to properly hand the ball of . You have to do it at a angle for a certain control . And know one ever told me that I think that would be a good idea for a video.
I'll add it to the list. Not sure when we'll get it produced though. Make sure you're subscribed and have notifications turned on so you'll be notified. - Joe @ TeamEGT
Thanks for the great tutorial as always! I think one thing that would help me and other players develop these moves until they are effective is teaching an entire "package" of moves in one video instead of stringing together several moves that aren't very related. For instance, I think a 7 minute video that breaks down every option off of a between the legs float and how to avoid common mistakes (preferably with a defender to illustrate the reads), would give us a more concrete way to go about drilling the moves in a workout. It would help a lot in learning to read and react to each opportunity, and help us avoid getting too focused on drilling the same 3 part move without considering all options. I'm guessing as trainers you guys are well aware of this and teach each series of moves thoroughly and systematically in your programs, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask to have it added more often into the free TH-cam videos as well.

I have a question, why should I buy your program when I can watch these free videos? I was considering buying your program but I don't really know what to do. Is the egt program way better than these videos?
I dunno... wasn't #6 a travl (3 steps)? He did not dribble while placing a foot down simultaneously and took 3 steps and kept dribbling until he planted with his left foot and then drop-hopped for the jumper. Not criticizing, Langston's great. Just trying to learn here.
It's supposed to be a pound dribble and step simultaneously, slowed down its not simultaneous but game speed you would get away with it. That's why its not a travel

I dunno... wasn't #6 a travl (3 steps)? He did not dribble while placing a foot down simultaneously and took 3 steps and kept dribbling until he planted with his left foot and then drop-hopped for the jumper. Not criticizing, Langston's great. Just trying to learn here.

Isn't that travel 3:57?? 🤔
Technqz gather step
No it's definitely a travel he picked up the ball and took 3 steps
It's supposed to be a pound dribble and step simultaneously, slowed down its not simultaneous but game speed you would get away with it. That's why its not a travel
no, if you watched it in 0.25x, he has planted his right foot before he picks up the ball
It's a travel man. 3 step in 0.25x also
No.2 is the nastiest when performed while driving just to let you know
Thanks.
- Joe @ TeamEGT
A lot of these are travels- if you look closely
Man U have hospital shoes on..... :-)
You're welcome.
- Joe @ TeamEGT
Is this guy holding his breath when he shoots?
No, it is just the way that he hold his mouth. He is an outstanding player.
EGTBasketball does players hold breath when they sprint with the ball? Cuz soccer has techniques like that
@@KD-ek7ln no that is not a common thing in basketball at all. Thanks for the great question and keep watching. #EGTFAMILY
