    1 tablespoon psyllium.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    Ginger powder.
    1/2+1/4 cup (180 ml) milk of your choice.
    1/4 cup (50 g) date spread.
    2 tablespoons olive oil.
    1/2 lemon.
    1/2 cup (80 g) dried cranberries.
    1/3 cup (40 g) almonds.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 35-40 minutes.
