Great video Chuck! Recently I loaded up on REITs. I agree with you entirely: long term this is a very good opportunity. If rates indeed will go down over time (not necessarily dramatically and not necessarily so fast, but over time...) then REITs at these levels will be a fantastic investment. That's my working assumption here. I'm really looking forward to your next more detailed video on MPW ! Thanks for all your hard work.
Chuck is an amazing person, with some awesome software and an innate ability to value public companies. If he finds value in a company, it is NOT his fault that a companies Management makes some poor choices and their renters get into financial trouble causing the stock price to fall off a cliff. Everybody here, myself included are adults… We make our own decisions and are responsible for the results. Unless you plan on giving Chuck a portion of the profits when the stock rebounds? You covered several Canadian REITs, none of which I believe have a U.S. listed ADR. I am a U.S. resident and I invest in Canadian stocks, but only if I can buy them through my Fidelity account. Could you exclude companies (stocks) that are exclusively for non-U.S. investors, meaning that U.S. investors would have a difficult time investing in them or the trading costs and foreign tax withholding would make it cost prohibitive for most retail investors. Possibly you can create videos exclusively for Canadian stocks and not mix U.S. and Canada stocks in the same video.

I think companies outside USA add a lot of value to Chuck's videos. It will hardly be possible to make videos specific for individual countries.
