Thanks. I’m 56 years old and just started watching your channel. Thanks for the content. I’m in vici, o , nnn and mpw at about 10% of my portfolio. Are these good to get established now? I’m not looking for income yet, just compounding for the next 10 years
LOL you missed it, there is a link to a full video on MPW which I announced at the end of the primary video. It is essentially a bonus video that provides updated view an analysis of MPW. Regards, Chuck
Hi Chuck Can you use Fast Graphs for Closed-End Funds (CEFs) and Business Development Company (BDCs), also does it provide sector comparisons for P/E or just the Normal P/E? Hope that makes sense, love what I have seen so far. Thanks
The short answer is yes, FAST Graphs will let you draw CEF symbols and BDC’s. However, I do not think the graphs will necessarily help you too much with these essentially package products. On the other hand, if you know the constituents or the holdings, you can evaluate the individual holdings to help determine if the products are attractive or not. Regarding sector comparisons, we draw the valuation reference lines based on widely accepted formulas for valuing businesses based on a form of discounted cash flow analysis. These will be the orange lines on the graph, and they will provide a perspective regardless of what sector. As to the normal P/E, this is simply a trimmed average of how the market has been valuing a stock over the timeframe being drawn. To be clear, this valuation reference will adjust when different time frames comprising different datasets are utilized. Finally, you also have the ability to add a custom PE line of your choice. But that helps, Chuck
Just want to say thank you to you and your videos, and your team replies to me that I learned how powerful RIETS are in a ROTH! :)
Thank you for this video and the future MPW update.
Thank you for this video
Great analysis! Also, REITs currently have a high implied volatility rank, making put option premiums really juicy.
Thanks! I am curious what you think of Office REITs. Very low valuations since analysts seem to think they are going the way of the dinosaur.

I'd say yes. I own them all besides mpw
Hi Chuck, couldn’t help but notice the omission of MPW in the list. Are you still long the stock?
someone didn't watch until the end :)

It seems he now thinks it's "troubled".
@@robG12345You’re right, I went off the list of stocks in the beginning of the video.
Why do you use P/E ratio on REITs instead of Funds From Operations or AFFO

what about VICI?
There were several REITs that were not covered in this video. VICI is a good one.
