Hello Ivan! Yes, you rinse with the basket in place. There is a real world application to why Dave rinsed without the blind filter. I'll see if I can get a video to explain why. Again, you are correct in your comment.
Hi, I bought a used Aurelia wave. I've turned on the machine twice and the first time, it said Simonelli 0.15. The second time, it said Simonelli 0.15 Clock Off. It doesn't progress beyond this. What should I do to make it work? I tried looking it up online and read the manual but I didn't find any information on it. If you know anything, please help me out. Thanks for your help.
It is just a prompt and you can clear it in programming. Set by date or how many times you activate a button whichever comes first. Somebody probably programmed it for you.
I am having trouble sometimes after cleaning cycle getting back to the regular mode. Only one of the sides is lit up??? How do I make sure that it’s back to rdy?

I believe the rinsing should be done with the blind basket attached to the group too.

I'm a barista and I purge my coffee machine for 10 seconds after the cleaning cycle and rinse have completely finished
Hello! I'm curious to know why you do that? Is it because you do not trust that the machine is thorough on the rinse? Do you work with an Aurelia?
Its Sanremo Zoe which is an older model. The rinse seems too short so I give it an extra quick rinse just to be sure.
