I think that the "making amends" theme was supposed to be in this scene. But in the last minute, they realized that it didn't fit well with this scene, so they quickly composed this one. But by the time they did that, the score was already released.
Bucky could take Spidey and Black Panther one-on-one if he were actually trying to incapacitate/kill them. But he didn't wanna kill a kid and wanted Panther to know the truth. Remember, he gave cap a run for his money, and at a point he nearly had Tony.
