With Skullgirls getting released on Nintendo Switch I hope it gets a ton of attention. This is easily one of the top 10 best fighting games ever yet it is still so underrated.

And btw if the mobile game keeps being popular we may be getting some new intro animations at least.
nah SG had a chance with EVO but both times EVO screwed us over. We've got ComboBreaker, it's just as good as EVO and the TO's there actually care about giving proper set ups for all games there.

I feel like this game spoiled me with the grapplers. I absolutely love Cerebella and Beowulf but no other fighting game seems to have grapplers of the same caliber.
Well, Cerebella is a buffed Potemkin, and Beo's hybrid style does lend to a ton of interesting ways of getting into grapple mode. That said I'm fairly sure there will be more cool grapplers out there. Keep an eye out for two fighters, "Punch Planet" and "Cerebrawl" they will have some really fun grapplers put into those games.

It would be great to see how more international players stack up outside of EU and NA, and a couple guys from Brazil/Japan. Like, it would be great to see guys like Magicman make it to Combo Breaker, or any of the Oceania or South African players. Lot of SG love around the world that just doesn't have the funds to travel.
I've only played the mobile version of Skullgirls, and you can't do much combo with it. And now that I've seen some pro players gameplays... *I feel weak*

Looking at Skullgirls then at street fighter 5, the Skullgirls tournaments (I think it was tournaments these guys were in) look so much better, it face paced the characters moves reflect them and their appearance in so many ways, it just great to watch, in street fighter the moves do represent the characters and stuff but I feel like the people playing are to scared of each other so they dont try and go in for a big combo, it’s mainly blocking and them moving back and forth.
PRiZ MaRine Ik and to me it’s interesting to see how they break the combo or how they counter and how they use a specific character, and the graphics and the look of how characters use there moves are amazing ( a perfect example is Eliza) I just think Skullgirls > Street fighter 5

I love this game but it could use some more defensive or comeback options. With the way it is, the game is pretty fucking oppressive to play online. Just one or two combos where you can’t do shit and you’re pretty much fucked. It’s such a damn downer.

Speed and Mixup. Also normal combos she does can be quite small in damage, but once she's stacked up a lvl2 poison vial, she starts to really hurt. And it's not like her other debuff vials are nothing to write home about, if the player wants to go for more mixups slapping the opponent with a lag vial is nasty, same goes for Hitstun/Undizzy Vial if the player wants to extend combos or to convert off of far reaching stray hits.
oh my gosh a character that is specifically designed to be good in a rush down playstyle isn't great at dealing with pressure, what has this world come to??? yeah Val doesn't have reversals, she needs the help of other characters if the player is expecting to be in a lot of pressure situations. Fortunately, she is a great team player and has the best team super in the game, allowing her to bring back a dead character. It's almost like Mike Z thought about the playstyle and role Val would fit into when making the game.
SG2 isn't gonna happen for a long time. Lab Zero has other plans and games on their list. That said, when SG2 does happen it will be bigger and better.

I like her character design and I think ninjas are awesome.
