ingredients :
for marinate :
1/2 kg chicken
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 cup dahi ( curd )
for gravy :
2 tbsp oil
2 big size onion roughly chopped
2 big size tomatoes roughly chopped
6 to 7 cashew nuts
1 tbsp oil + some butter
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt ( or as per taste )
2 tsp red chilly powder ( or as per taste )
1/2 tsp garam Masala
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 glass water or as required
1 /2 tsp roasted kasuri methi
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Fresh chopped coriander leaves +
grated cheese ( for garnishing )
1 coal ( for Smoky flavour ) + some ghee
