- In this video I will show you how to restore an old oak table that is more then 50 years old.I will begin the restoration of the table by disassembling the table into parts. We carefully separate each part of the table from each other. the main problem of restoration will be a large number of nails.

Is the finish one I would have chosen? No. Does that make his choice wrong? No. Still a beautiful table. Still a lot of work well executed. Still a piece saved from the landfill. Kudos.

I think your work is so fun to watch and you do an excellent job. To appeal to a more updated look, the finish would look beautiful with a brown tone or medium walnut stain with a satin or almost flat sealer. Just a little suggestion, not to be critical. I have subscribed and look forward to more of your videos. ❤
