I must say, after watching this whole LP, I think this game would easily be one of my top favorite games. Nintendo of America, get this game over here ASAP.

Great game...but the bosses can be ridiculously hard. I had to quit and watch this online to see the ending. My only gripe about this game is this: Why make ALL of the bosses 2 or 3 lvls higher than you? It makes for WAY too much lvl grinding. Oh, and the healers don't know how to do their jobs suddenly during boss fights for some reason (Sharla, I'm looking at you! Heal me! lol) Great game, just wayyyyyyyyy too hard! :D
The game can be manageable. If you go out of your way to do some Quests, you'll get the experience and money needed to purchase some decent equipment. Also Gems are very important and will make your life so much easier. My last piece of advice is that a lot of bosses are vulnerable to Topple and/or Daze so make sure to get those down when in a Chain Attack. Eventually you won't really need a dedicated healer.
I was 93 hours into the game and fought almost every enemy. I was lvl 79 and still couldn't kill the last boss. There are entirely too many factors that make this game harder than it needed to be. Most of the game (meaning all but 3 or 4 bosses) was a total blast to play. I am just kind of disappointed that they had to pull this ridiculously over-powered boss crap at the end of the game. Bosses that are all within the same (tower) shouldn't be so much stronger than each other. If I can kill all of them but the last two, there is some flaw in the game's pacing. Final bosses should be more cinematic than hard. It ruins the flow of the story if you have to spend hours grinding for gear and experience. Great game, just highly flawed in the pacing department.
It took me ca. 70 hours to be Lv. 85. However, it was quite a pain in the ass to level up by using that trick at the Leg of Bionis and other places to fight strong enemies. But I'm sure that the level is high enough when you do more quests. Maybe the developers simply wanted to make you fulfill more quests so you level up.
It was quite helpful to have exp gems. I had two so I could get 30% more exp. Riki was also helpful since he can steal exp during battle and shares it. Well then, now the Leg of Bionis is full of chests. :D

I never really found the trick at the Bionis' Leg to be too helpful. It was too time consuming. Just doing Quests is a big help.
