Top of the World Observation Level in Baltimore Maryland gives you a breathtaking view 423 feet about the harbor's edge. Located at The World Trade Center Baltimore at the Inner Harbor. It is the world's tallest regular-pentagonal building.
Top of the World Observation Level is home of the 9/11 Memorial of Maryland. This 9/11 memorial was dedicated on the 10th anniversary go the terrorist attacks. The memorial contains artifacts from the disaster sites as well as names and photos of all the Marylander's we lost on 9/11.
Looking towards the southeast you can see see the Francis Scott Key Bridge, named after the author of the "Star Spangled Banner." I was there on April 27 and you could still see the cargo ship that crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

I saw the Dali out there the day of the accident. Really hard to believe that the bridge is just gone.
