  • In this 20 minute guided meditation, you will release negative energy and suffering. Buddhist philosophy teaches that dukkha (or suffering) is pervasive all throughout life. We cannot escape suffering - changes happen, negative energy comes up, and tough emotions are a natural part of life.
    But there is a solution, there is a way to end suffering. This guided meditation will guide you to a place where you can shift your reality - to end suffering, it is not about changing your external situations, it is about changing your response to what occurs around you.

    I'm just starting my spiritual journey with Buddhism and it is making sense of some of the questions I've always had.
    This meditaion made me cry with relief because I was honest with myself for once. Oh wow, it was beautiful in there ❤

    The “subject to change” was the key for me in this meditation. Life has been falling apart and falling together at the same time recently so I have needed to meditate and surrender daily. And yet with each crisis has come solutions. I look forward to the mantras and the “aum” chants at the end of these!

    Thank you so much for this meditation! However, I do want to give some criticism on the mantra. I understand that the mantra is Pali and I wish for you to be able to pronounce them properly so that when chanting them, others can pronounce them properly as well. It can make others feel more cultural as well!

    Are there any meditations without music please as the music is so loud and your voice uncleear and your accent is difficult to understand as its different to mine. Thank you blessings OM 🪷

    hi davidji, THANK YOU for ur wonderful channel. i am fairly new to meditation and i have a question for you. what wud u suggest i do when, during meditation, a powerful memory arises in my mind, one that i feel terribly guilty about. it makes me very emotional and i lose my ability to focus on my breath or a mantra. i usually just cry my way thru the rest of the meditation. plz help!

      tears during a meditation are absolutely okay! let the tears flow! and when thoughts come up, even stressful ones, they are still just thoughts... keep coming back to the object of your attention... either your breath or the mantra. it takes time and practice, but keep showing up and giving yourself that gift.
