I strangely really like the Cliff side House. Assuming that they could be securely/reliably mounted, I think wall-mounted sets (outside of the current art pieces) are potentially fantastic. I feel like you could really be creative with different styles/genres/topics. My personal favorites are the Lake House, Italian Villa, Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere, and Magic Bookends.
I really hope the medieval tavern makes the cut. I love the design and as stated, it fits perfectly with the medieval blacksmith set. There’s also a lot of space to pose minifigs which I really like.
I agree! Beautiful looking medieval tavern with great opportunities for minifig display (the scale of the build seems very well suited to this). I think it'd work really well with either the Castle and Lord of the Rings lines! Not sure I agree with the videos take on the Tavern
Always look forward to the odd double entendres here and there…thank you sir…you did not disappoint! I’ll be honest only the camera has got my attention in this round. I’d love a Beetlejuice set… but not necessarily this particular design.
I absolutely adore the Cliffside house! it hadn’t occurred to me until you said it, but yes, it does need some vines/greenery added to the outside somehow. I’d be happy to add some tho, if they did choose to create this set. Fingers crossed!🤞 I also think the Lily pad frogs would be a sensible choice for Lego as it fits with the ‘nature’ themes they’ve already gone with.
That wall mounted Lego set is a fantastic idea not does it save shelf and table space. But it also has some playability. A few sets like this would be great for both kids and adults to collect. Being able to play with Lego sets on your bedroom wall. Or simply just being able to display your sets in a unique way would be amazing.
I love the Medieval Tavern/Inn but I don't know if I want it taking the place of other Ideas sets. A tavern or inn is something I've been wanting Lego to make for a long time since they made Lion Knight's Castle as I felt it would be a cool set to include multiple references to other old castle/kingdom themes while still continuing the theme of the current sets. Hopefully if it doesn't get picked Lego happens to make a new castle set themed similarly to it because I'm usually never lucky enough to get any of the Bricklink sets.
Howdy! This is the guy who designed that Polar Express model for this review! I’m definitely nervous about my first time in the LEGO Review, but I’m also really excited to participate! Thanks for the praise, BTW! It took a lot of work to get to 10k, and whether it gets approved or not, It certainly has been a ride!
I need that Polar Express set or else. It’s been my favourite Christmas film for my entire life, and it got rejected a few times, but I still have hope. I’d buy it day one.
The Godzilla set I want to see is a diorama from G -1, with the scene of the boat trying to get away from Godzilla, just his head in the water behind them. More color variety for the set, and the head could be nice and big for lots of details. the boat and figures on board would also be a lot of fun to build.
I forget what it was called at like 33:10 I have no idea about the books but if they maybe used a similar style but say for Harry Potter have one for each book with different scenes around it (but that would be including a lot of Harry Potter mini figures) or even for different books in a similar style to that set.
I really enjoy the Polar Express I think it would sell well even too people who are oblivious to the movie. Would love to see it on shelves. But does anyone know when the winner will be announced if you could tell me that would be great.
I come for the LEGO review and stay for the humour 😅 I agree with most of your predictions, the fish and ski lodge are going to be my picks for this round! 🐟⛷️
Gotta be honest. The only set I would be interested in is the camping set. Sad to know it’ll unlikely be chosen because of the inferior version produced by BDP.
There's only 2 sets I'd actually buy from this entire list: The lakehouse and the Mystery Shack (either version is fine with me). So I'm definitely not getting my hopes up, more so because last time they picked one set and it was a bunch of rocks. Yeah. 😅
The Bob Ross set looks cool, but I wouldn’t support anything licensed from Bob Ross because it doesn’t support his family and his name and likeness is owned by the company
I hope the cliff side house, the city factory, the jewel street, the forrest men hide out and sherlock holmes. But the lake house, the camp ground would be great as well, fingers crossed. A bit of a shame they did not include at least one pirate/soldier set though.
deep rock galactic is a game where you are a bunch of dwarfs and you go mining on ever deeper levels filled with monsters. That vehicle is what takes you down and the red robot is where you gather all your mined minerals.
That Deep Rock Galactic one is awesome. It looks good for display, and is from a fairly recent and extremely successful video game so it would be silly if they denied it because it doesn't have enough appeal for people who have never seen DRG
Not a fan of Mister Bean? Everyone in the world is a fan of Mister Bean! His comedy is universal and known all around the world. It's his body language that made it universal.
No IP issue for Sherlock Holmes, as it's fully in the public domain.
Same with Popeye and Tintin
@@oskarjohansson5757 Tintin would be a fun Lego theme to play around in. Lots of adventure potential.
@@GuanoLad yes alot of fun cars through the years and alots of fun locations
@@oskarjohansson5757 I think the Tudor Corner absolutely fits the style of Tintin, would be great to see more things of that era
@@justacommenter agree almost like Tintins apartment

I really don't know how they are going to make the cliff side house its own shelf. Maybe it has a magnet on the ends of the shelf?
I really hope the medieval tavern makes the cut. I love the design and as stated, it fits perfectly with the medieval blacksmith set. There’s also a lot of space to pose minifigs which I really like.

family jewels for assessment! Does anyone else notice the comedy genius in these reviews?
Yeah keep coming back for it 😂
I just love the Moon art set.
same!
I know right, I want instructions so I can piece it together myself if it gets denied
Always look forward to the odd double entendres here and there…thank you sir…you did not disappoint!

THE MOON POSTER OMG! I’d buy that off the shelves so fast
😹😹😹😹😹😹 the innuendos got almost out of hand hahahaha
Great vid again!
Thanks 😉
That a Bob Ross set is fire… 😊. I’d easily get that and Clue!

Well done for a great design 👍
I need that Polar Express set or else. It’s been my favourite Christmas film for my entire life, and it got rejected a few times, but I still have hope. I’d buy it day one.
33:02 even though they turned down multiple submissions, this one has less pieces than the other ones. Lego will probably make this a set
Cliff side house for me, it looks cool!
That music and jewelery store is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!

That would be cool
Omg, I have made my own Mr Bean before, by putting a turkey on a minifig head. That’s too funny!

30:30 Just get the Pantasy modular Sherlock set, more detailed, cheaper, lego compatible, and same quality
I really enjoy the Polar Express I think it would sell well even too people who are oblivious to the movie. Would love to see it on shelves. But does anyone know when the winner will be announced if you could tell me that would be great.

Godzilla could be updated to have his back spines in transparent blues?
@ Stud-Lord whats your top 5?
i really hope any version of the mystery shack gets in..
I like the Summit Station the best
"Very mixed results" and we're looking at YOU, Mona Lisa. Also, when did she become Romulan?
i love the overpass
I want the Muppet theater and another CMF line but I know that is not likely.
Love the book buildings ❤
The bookends are awesome!
Gotta be honest. The only set I would be interested in is the camping set. Sad to know it’ll unlikely be chosen because of the inferior version produced by BDP.
are people actually building these sets? or using some 3D program to showcase their ideas?
Bricklink studio and maybe other tools to render them
There are some of them that are actually built.
Beetlejuice and Godzilla
There's only 2 sets I'd actually buy from this entire list: The lakehouse and the Mystery Shack (either version is fine with me).
So I'm definitely not getting my hopes up, more so because last time they picked one set and it was a bunch of rocks. Yeah. 😅
I really like the wildlife scene
All these are great
I like the camping one.
That campsite diorama is the best I've seen. Hopefully LEGO won't blow it.
Bob Ross gwp if you can shrink it.
The Bob Ross set looks cool, but I wouldn’t support anything licensed from Bob Ross because it doesn’t support his family and his name and likeness is owned by the company
Cliffside house is awesome. Exslgty what ideas is for

I would definitely want the Bobs Burgers one
I wonder what’s next for LEGO Ideas in 2025.
The console sets are so weird. Like why would you want a fake console. I do want the parts tho, so many tile types
Completely disagree, the console sets are amongst some of the best ever made
Need more pirate and castle.
11:15 *Pussi….Cat*
i wish they bring back the US Civil war and Indians theme back
1
weak batch overall IMO.
Great video!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it 👍

I am all in on Castle, but the scale of that set would make me skip it. I can’t have it with my Lion Knight’s Castle. Looks weird.
Peter rabbit is a joke lol rendered minifigs and a very not well known IP? No shot

Who is this Taylor Swift bloke, is he a pop singer?
