“I’M GONNA KEEP YOU SO CLOSE TO ME YOU’RE GONNA THINK WE’RE IN A DARN RELATIONSHIP!” WOW!! 😂😂
Can you say that
😂
@@krismurray3583Can he?
Yep that's what he said
@@krismurray3583Well he clearly said it.
7:20 After they get through reading all his outstanding warrants, charges, violations and general mishaps, I'm watching his attorney and he's got this look on his face..."Oh, what the fuck am I doing representing this scum? How the fuck did I get here?"
He definitely looks like he's heard this judge's sermons many many times
@1218jmm no he doesn't. He seems to genuinely want to help this guy. He is going out of his way to defend him unlike some attorneys
@@PrimateProductionsI agree with you. I never see these "looks" everyone's always talking about. I see these comments on every case, and 9 out of 10 times I just don't see it.
This Judge always makes me laugh 🤣😂🤣 he is like a character in comedy. 'I'M GONNA KEEP YOU SO CLOSE TO ME YOU'RE GONNA THINK WE'RE IN A DARNED RELATIONSHIP'!!! Even when he says he is going to be tough and teach them a lesson. He is way too lenient.
ss
😂 yes 😂I always think I’m watching a Pixar character 😂
He wasn’t lenient here, he set the bonds at $30k when the state agreed to $10k. The complete opposite of lenient
I always wonder if these defendants walk in and think, “Who’s this dorky judge with a bow tie? This will be a piece of cake.” And then he puts the hammer down.
Dude is the law 😅
Yea this judge really tries to help these folks but I swear they are so dumb I seriously doubt they can be helped.
The judge does a great job, he strikes the right tone and gets under the defendant's skin.
AMEN ❤❤
Getting under someone skin isn't a judge's job. It's being a judge 👩⚖️
@@nenblomHale Sin
He’s a rat goof
I love Judge Fleischer! He's passionate about his job, and he takes it very seriously.
I live this judge. He's sick of all BS and criminals. Repeat offenders. Not giving a crap.
But he gave him a low bail
@@ayokay6404he gave the guy the low bail so he could set that prerequisite for a multiplied bond; its low now but if he does it again the judge is on recording confirming he can and will turn something like $8000/charge into $24000/charge for example, and thats every single time he breaks his restraining order, smokes marijuana and fails a test, or drinks alcohol and fails a test; he will also likely therefore face higher bonds for any other charges he picks up along the way
This says more about the criminal justice system than it does this defendant. Why are all these old cases still pending? They need to either try them or dismiss them.
How bout actually go work in law yourself before you speak
@@darkclaws1234567891 You don't need to be part of the broken system to see that it is broken.
@@darkclaws1234567891he is js pointing out the system is deeply flawed, my aunt is one of the best in the state and she complains Abt it all the time, he prolly know more than u by the sound of it stupid😂
A big reason is cross jurisdictions. Multiple charges in multiple jurisdictions results in each case affecting the next and since he won’t stop getting new cases it makes it harder to close them
@@gregriddle1103 There is no reason having multiple cases should be a problem. He obviously can't be in court in more than one jurisdiction at the same time, but he can go to court in one case while another case is progressing in the background.
Does anyone want to bet that he goes back to prison? Only 10 cases Lordy Lordy what a cruel world.
Felon in possession has to be mandatory 20 years. Otherwise the law is a joke.
This judge is amazing. 100% fair, honest, and compassionate. He just cares about his community/children involved.
Strict, very, but sometimes that’s the only way to get through to some people.
You’re gonna be coming to me for testing so much that you’re gonna think it’s a career. Then he says they’re gonna be so close that he’s gonna think they’re in a relationship. This judge is awesome.
This judge is fair and tells each person exactly what they aught to hear.
*ought
I bet this guy wasn't crying when he was selling drugs and breaking into houses.....
So your already finding him guilty before the cases are disposed of! I bet you wouldn't apologize to him if he was acquitted
@iuaump4 He was already found guilty on the other crimes. That's why he's called a felon. I didn't pass judgements, a judge did. He just got out if prison or did you not hear that part? Why are you so quick to defend a proven criminal?
@@The_Bi-polar_Express OK ig that was the case why were there all of the open cases before he went to prison? Watch the whole video
@iuaump4 acquitted doesn't mean innocent.
@@The_Bi-polar_Express then IYO what does acquitted mean
Coolio from the 2000's called and he wants his hair back
😂😂😂
This guy just running around real silly with his life
Look at him making meaningless gestures to his magic, immoral invisible friend.
For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone would have a problem with this judge, unless of course they have appeared before him and are used to getting a hand slap and then getting let go. He is trying to protect ALL of the citizens, why is that a problem? If people did what they were supposed to, they wouldn't be in his courtroom. We need more tough judges like him. If you're one of the ones who don't like him, I'd honestly be open to listening to the reason.
Judge is absolutely awesome!
I’m in love with this judge. 😂
I think this judge tries to hard to sound tough when only his pen makes him tough but I guess the pen is mightier than the sword.
Very melodramatic and kinda cringey in my opinion
Also he never got the memo from Jon Stewart about bow ties
At the end of the day, he still has 10 pending cases, still a violent human being. 😮
Im good at reading body language, and you can tell when the prosecutor/ judge was reading all his cases, he felt ashamed. Like a wake-up call kinda. I love this judge because he tough but fair. He wants people to be successful and do better. He doesn't just see another black man standing in front of him on some stereotypical bs. That is the most important quality a judge can have!!!!
He felt ashamed he got caught. If he got away with all this he wouldn’t bat an eye. I’m sure all the emotion he expressed was completely true, but only for the selfish reason that he got caught, 10 times
THIS IS HOW BAD THE WORLD IS AND BECAUSE OF SOCIAL MEDIA WE’RE BEING ABLE TO SEE THIS REAL WORLD .
I love Judge Fleischer! There is no misunderstanding him.
02:52 "I am going to keep you so close to me, you are going to think we are in a darn relationship." Just beautiful.
I feel this judge puts on a show because he knows he’s on camera 😂
R u kidding us you need to what all this guy has done to break the law sick
He was doing that before he became "popular." Even if he is it's still amazing because we get entertainment! 😂 People shouldn't do bad things lol. I don't believe he is doing this for social media fame.
@stephenleskow7959 can you not read? Can you not see the big words under his feed that says "DO NOT RECORD"!? He has said for people to stop recording his courtroom and putting it on social media because others hardships are not meant to be entertainment for everyone else. This channel is going against his wishes by recording and posting this. No, he is not putting on a show for the camera, genius.
I disagree.
Love his hair do! Looks like someone used a weed eater to cut his hair!
I mean, look at the defendant's hair. He is either going to stick you up or show up to your kid's birthday party as a clown, and he's not going to your kids' birthday parties to work as a clown.
It made me sad when he said “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” That phrase puts the onus on the child rather than the parent.
It's the equivalent of telling someone "You're just like your dad/mom."
You do know and understand this is grown man lock his ass up
Sometimes the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. But sometimes, as a kid, you hate them so much you'd do anything to not be like them at all.
I understood it more like, if this is how you act, this is how your child will learn to act. Basically saying he is setting a bad example and setting the child up for failure.
Blacks
He needs to be charged for indecent exposure for that hairstyle!!!😂😂
Whoa!! 😂😂 love this judge. He helps those that help themselves to do better. This fool …… no words, but there is one that comes to mind…..
CHOICES!!!!
I really think this Judge is literally changing lives even if the people mess up they can come to the realization its time to change behind bars. from a career criminal finally a good part of society... God Bless this judge
Dang! That is one busy criminal.
Some folks never grow up & this young man is a prime example of that.. I hope that he wakes up one day & becomes a productive member of society..
Judge David Fleischer ❤❤
Judge Stephanie Boyd ❤❤
Judge John Stevens ❤❤
How does he have so many cases in so many cities in such a short time? How is he out?
The attorney said that some of the cases were before he went to prison. He was waiting to fight them. I'm not sure how many of them are old. They should start saying if they are old or new cases when read off.
I think Judge Fleischer is excellent! I very much enjoy watching his cases: He obviously cares deeply and fiercely about justice; but is empathetic with the people he is judging. He does his best to help them succeed.
I usually like him, but I'm not sure that he was listening to the attorney. The cases are still open because he wanted to fight them. He also was intervening in his mother's behalf, AND the complaintant (stepfather) recanted. JF is usually on point, but he got stuck on the number without questioning it. 1200 days old? That's not normal. If it is, shame on our justice system.
It seems that the judges who were defense attorneys before being on the bench are both fairer and more no nonsense. This judge does a good job.
Judge Fleischer is superb, I wish we had more like him in the UK.
He needs a cape made of bowties! 😂
Josh is like "Why did I get this case...."
I love this judge!!!!
EVERY judge in the world should take a leaf out of this judges book, he clearly and dearly loves harris county with a passion, i could watch this judge all day
Sad that this is the first of this Judge’s cases here. I love watching his court
HE IS KEEPING ME AWAKE I NEED TO SLEEP
“Working two jobs and expecting a child” yet he has nowhere to live? Why was he living with his parents? Why isn’t he with the mother of his child? Why hasn’t he addressed his other cases where he REPEATEDLY absconded while on bond? He’s working so hard at two jobs yet he’s got multiple burglary charges. And drug charges. And fleeing and eluding arrest. And absconding while on bond. And just think, these are all the charges he hasn’t served time on. He’s already been in prison for a while. That’s obviously the result of other charges. And let’s not forget, these are only the times he was CAUGHT breaking the law. We know that nobody gets caught every single time. This guy is nothing but a menace.
'The apple doesn't fall far from the tree'.....yikes
This guy is a terrible criminal. Like, he’s not very good at it.
This is insane that he would even give him a bond. This was a disappointment here, I’ve never seen such leniency on this. You look at this guy and you can tell he’s bad news. I would not want me or my family or anyone 😮to be anywhere around this guy
Anyone else feel bad for his attorney?
That constipated look on the con’s face is so annoying
I'm concerned about how he did the demon cross.
This Judge is the BEST!! 😂
Mr. White is looking soo..happy listening to Judge being in relationship. 😮
This man needs to be in jail forever. He is hopeless and it's nothing but a drain on society.
I think this judge is great because he doesn't candy coat anything and tells everything like it is. And you just know that there's tons of defendants he put away, who would love to get their hands on him. If I were him, my ass would be armed for my own protection.
Well, the judge seems a little melodramatic to me, but I haven't seen much of his work yet. I wouldn't care to have him angry with me. My experience with judges is limited, since I don't work in law enforcement or the courts and I'm a law-abiding citizen who has no desire to see the inside of a jail cell. Judges have seemed to me to be somewhat idiosyncratic, if not outright eccentric. I find them hard to read.
Love this judge!!!!!!!!
Wish he'd been the judge for my ex!!! This judge sees right through the narcissism of these criminals!!!!!
❤ judge Fletcher
At 1:41, this yoyo kisses his finger and genuflects two times. "I'm going to keep you so close to me, you're going to think we are in a darn relationship." believe that was plainly said. This fantastic judge just calls the facts of the situation. "You are going to be testing so much that you will think this is a career." Looks like that yoyo has been schooled. After hearing the multiple outstanding charges, our wonderful judge has told yoyo White to talk with his attorney, and return before bond is set. But after hearing all these new ones, it will be "quintuple digits"
This judge is great.
3:13 the look on the lawyer's face...!!! 😂
Absolutely priceless lmao
I never see what the hell y'all are talking about when you say this.
"What you say to me goes in one ear and out the other" grounds for recusal?
I hear Harris County is one of the worst places to commit crimes. OMG this guy is toast.
How come this judge doesn't wear a judges robe?
Gets in the way of his j/o sessions
judge: you can shed as many tears as you want, but to me, ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS 😏
judge's brain: ...FUCK
I love Judge Fleischer !!!!
I like this judge.
I love this judge and its the only reason why I come on herr..
Let's gooooo!!
This judge is a straight lunatic
This man got so many changes and just got worse and worse he is a menace to Society
good movie
lol he looking at the D.A. Like mannnn shuttt upppp
I LOVE this judge!! 👍👍
He is the GOAT
Judge Fleischer goes to the gym and lifts weights with his mind.
I wish more judges cared enough about where they lived to hand out the justice needed every single time. 10 open cases is absolutely absurd for someone who isn't even that old
Love this judge!!!
Great judge.
Usual suspects that re offend and never learn lmao. Good on this judge for noticing the pattern
I love and respect Judge Fleischer
jessus my guy you lucky to not be in jail for life
Not mad at this judge whatsoever. You have that many open cases you don't need to be even on the street
7:27 his lawyer was like. ok so what am Im I supposed to do?
😲 YOU LET HIM
GO ??????? ARE
YOU SERIOUS JUDGE?????
Dont worry this judge will give u probation. That's why I like judge Boyd she don't play around this guy loves letting criminals out
This guys face was like it’s not me
I think a judge should be analytical and not emotional. They should be impartial and not allow their personal feelings and/or experiences bleed into their work. The question is whether the suspect charged with said crimes committed those crimes. If found to be guilty of said crimes, then the judge can take their past history and their remorse or lack thereof and/or their intent during or leading up to their crimes and then correlate that information with the sentencing guidelines to give a fair and equitable punishment based on the law. This should be done in a manner that is consistent for any and all people that might come before a judge for a similar offence. I have never seen a judge behave in such a manner, nor use such rhetoric while on the bench. He is endowed with the authority to make these decisions and the public has given their trust that he will serve their community fairly, yet he speaks like a vigilante out for vengeance instead of justice. The court already has all of the authority to do all of these things without all the bluster.
Amen. All this hearing did was sound like bluster and personal issues, not application of the law.
Nah keep that dude locked up
@@user-kx4tt3xh3l i didn't say they guy didn't deserve to get in trouble or jail, i said the judge doesn't behave like a judge
@@a88pockets I get that, he was getting upset, judges should never do that, but I mean the guy can’t stop breaking the law, I’d be pissed off too
@@user-kx4tt3xh3l I feel you. I feel like repeat offenders like that guy speak to how often the court has a catch a release policy for these types. They took him into custody on some warrant out of another jurisdiction, but the judge had been talking about more probation, albeit a tougher probation. I think its probably best to consolidate all of his cases, toss some jail time on him and then have those conditions upon release. Clearly even a more formalized a tough probation is not going to change the defendants behavior, so skip to the end and lock him up then add all those conditions on him to stay out. I think the judge would look more tough if he gave the sentence, clarified what the future holds for this defendant in a calm and collected manner. His power comes from his office/title, not how tough he can talk. Its unnecessary and in my mind makes him look emotionally involved which a judge should do their utmost to avoid.
Why’s this lawyer in a car
He reminds me of peewee hermin lol
Sounds about right
The accused is ashamed
Good!
For some of these people, the theatrics are necessary to get them to actually listen.
Oh.... there are parts of the hearing missed by someone else that posted it. Thanks
Horrible title to this video. Captain Lion Fish doesn't "cry like a baby". He sniffles a bit at 11:00, that's all. Thumbs down for your clickbait title.
Judge Fleischer rocks and rules
Mr. White was turning white.
He kept the lawyer paid but what about that you know?
The Attorney should get time for his hair 😂
I ❤ Judge Feisty.
