They would make great easter baskets if spray painted spring colors.
When you’re in the dumpsters, if there is a camera, just take the stuff and go! We can see it. You don’t have to describe as you’re taking it, you can show us after. That way you don’t get caught! Hugs🤗🙏💟

I get anxiety when I watch you go through each item. I would grab and go
I know right just get it and go! Don’t have too describe everything we can see it we know what it is! Do it later if you have too show everything again! And reading everything on the item is unnecessary! The longer your there the chance of getting caught is greater!
Exactly my thought ! But they stay there acting like they can go through the dumpers and not expect to get caught 🤦🏽♀️

The cameras are to watch for people dumping stuff in their dumpsters.
You could spray another color over the pumpkins. Wouldn’t hurt to try.
or even just dry brush with a cheap acrylic paint............I was screaming when he said they might not take them because of the spray paint........NOOOOOOO.......LOL
I'd consider a few.different shades of orange just.to play with the fall colors, maybe even a golden yellow or a maple.tree.red?

You could of just donated all those pumpkin baskets to the goodwill or just spray painted them different colors..
You can glue and glitter the spray painted pumpkins or just re paint them it’s an easy fix...
A craft store should know that any crafty person will just paint over that, lol
Ya if they didn't want people to dd to get there pumpkin baskets they should puncture them not spray paint them
You could paint the baskets with the seasons. For example red or green for Christmas and pastels for Easter... Love the baskets.

Paint the baskets, some for Christmas, Easter, Red White &/or Blue, Spring, Fall, & What Ever.
So glad you didn't get caught! I did abt 3 weeks ago.. at Kirkland's which sucks bc the manager lady has been watching for me now. Sigh! She was all yelling at me and assuming I was illegally dumping when I said oh God no!! That awful!!! She calmed a but but still kept yelling until i got down and began putting the things back! I had a Holy Family statue in my grabber when she caught me too! I had already gotten 2 boxes of tags but I had not thought abt putting them in my car right away bc I normally do not have too worry abt being caught there. So I had to put them back! Darn it! They would've been great for using for a rummage sale.
Once it's in the garbage it is fair game they cannot make you put it back unless dumpster diving is against the law in your county
You can always repaint the baskets...

Paint them even whole black dont see a problem... the most of the things that are spraypainted can get cleaned...
You can and take those baskets by taking some black acrylic paint and mixing it with a little bit of water and then put it on a soft cloth in wipe it on to the baskets. They may all turn out looking black or gray but they will at least be solid colored and it's really easy to do. You could even use the craft paint from Walmart that is $0.50 a bottle.
Those black paint on the pumpkin basket actually made them look nice and farm house. Those large black bag is actually call portfolio. It is an artist portfolio.
7:15 I love to go to AC MOORE. My mom and I craft with plastic canvas, so we go half and half on a case of it. We also get our yarns and other craft items there.

Use different paints to make it look distressed. Those baskets are bomb. You must be in my state to get Orioles n Ravens' candies. But I live closer to the Nats. Yay, Nats!

You can paint them and fill them with goodies for gift baskets. They can be themed, for example: baby boy/girl, Mother’s Day, birthdays, Easter, valentines, Christmas.
bru u guys HAVE to wear gloves. this is super dangerous to do without them. and constantly sanitize your hands and wash them asap (even if you wear gloves) also nicole you gotta wear some close toed shoes, i would hate for glass to fall on your feet or something worse. please be safe guys!!!
You guys need to go to thrift store dumpsters, they are always the best. I go to mine and find stuff all the time. Absolutely love your videos!

I agree you could paint the pumpkins. You also painted them colors like red, put some of those Christmas flowers you found . The ideas are end with all the flowers and ornaments you find.
Spray the whole basket with a color you would like. They're perfectly good.
That big basket can be mended with paper napkins (which is wood) mod podge, then wood stain. Perfect finds. Take handles off the other baskets and spray colors or use for Easter. You guyz found some very nice things.
You can repaint the baskets orange. If not brown or black. They still are salvageable.
Baskets and pumpkins can easily be covered in Fabric 😉
Try using a magic eraser on that skeleton picture you loved!

Many divers film the dumpster but switch off the camera a pick as much as they can and show the bounty at home. It makes sense .
I just dived at my local ac Moore and got about 15 of those pumpkin baskets, no spray paint on any of them! Still had price tags, ranging from 12.99 to 16.99 I was very excited :) I'm using them to do Halloween gifts for family members next year! 🙂🙂
Those baskets could be spray painted with Christmas colours and some artificial Holly and mistletoe, they would make great gift baskets. ✌️💕

Magic rub eraser will take the paint off of the pumpkins!
So I'm going to tell you I know some magic erasers came outmy niece at the time had somehow gotten ahold of a permanent marker and you know like that book The purple crayonwell she had done that to my sister's apartment while she was putting laundry in and by the time she got back to her she was proceeding to polka dots; and I'm talking about a black permanent marker I literally scrubbed the life out of one little part that was not even one in 4 hours just thinking I could help her before she came home from work 🤨 NOTHING! BUT, upon her returning that night that is when she brought home mr. Clean magic erasers & 💯% with absolutely no effort except WETTING the Spong to activate & 😲THEY WORED👀blew my flipping mind!!!
A lot of places have cameras now these days. Usually they put them there to make sure there's no one illegally dumping 😉. You guys are good as long as dumpster diving is legal in your city and the dumpster area doesn't say no trespassing 👍. Great finds! Take care and it's great to see you two 😊. Debra Trawick - these big rich companies don't give two hoots about what they throw away, all they care about is money, I've been addicted to dumpster diving for 35 years now, in Adelaide Australia, i try to recycle what i can to donate to thrift stores, but I'm not Superman, so I can't save everything, Cheers 👍

What is Kirkland's (what kind of merchandise?) we don't have them here. BTW - Love ACMoore you could repaint those baskets. They'd be good for flowers or trick or treating bags. Even with the black they would be good. I'd take every one of them! The big bag is a portfolio bag for artists. How did you know the camera was active? Did they confront you?

Sorry, I had to yell. Artists get paint on everythingggg! They won't care that there is spray paint on them. They aren't very cheap and artists who are struggling would be so happy to have those bags for their artwork. I truly hope you took them!

You could paint them any color you wanted. That would cover the spray paint. ❤
Take a little Turpentine to remove the paint or respray the pumpkins orange. I wouldn't worry about the cameras ~ You weren't dumping or destroying, just diving - which isn't illegal. Nice haul! xo

You could always decorate them with leaves to cover up the paint or fake fall flora.
You can remove spray paint from stuff with hand sanitizer. Got that tip from Kelly from Breakfast club
Buy a gallon of lacquer thinner and use a rag and wipe the spray paint off with the lacquer thinner
Hey guys...Greetings from New Orleans!! A tip I thought you'd like - for new glass on larger frames I get that are broken, I look for cheap pictures at yard sales and spend maybe a buck to use the glass in it. Smaller frames you can always get at Dollar Tree for replacement glass. 😎😎✌✌
those baskets i would spray paint them back to orange....u should have smiled and waved @ them...maybe make a sign that says "Saving these from landfills" with a smiley face on it, and next time u go there show them the sign

Those black portfolios for an artist that were painted with a little bit of white doesn’t suck completely because we are masters with paint and can work wonders with customization , plus that skeleton picture is sick I love it so much . To me that’s not a Halloween decoration at all my room is full of skulls year round 😅
