I always find it problematic to remember where we are when we are on tour (H) 😂. It’s so good when a site is close to the beach, you can’t beat the sound of the sea. I agree I always hold my breath going through pet reception to come back home. Looks like you had a lovely time. Best wishes H&M. 😊
Thanks both for your support and encouragement. The little challenges and hurdles are made easier by sharing experiences and you have definitely made a difference for us. Being honest about the little anxieties always pays dividends as there’s always someone who has that same feeling 😉👍🏻 Enjoy your onward travels as always 💙🚐 Trev n Sue
Lovely spanish travels both, we've travelled much of Spain but not by Camper...Oooohhh we could do with similar warmer climates and tasty food (plus drinks). Cheers, Simon and Elaine
It was an interesting and challenging tour. We crammed in a lot of cherry picked places and covered a lot of areas. It’s given us the knowledge we need to put together future trips to Spain. 😃🚐👍🏻💙 Trev n Sue
We will be making our annual 70 day pilgrimage to a site between Cambril and salou in April, the restaurant's along by the marina are rammed with locals at the weekends so must be pretty good.
We found Cambrils very Spanish and although we were off season, it was a very enjoyable visit. Enjoy your time in April, it’ll be warmer and busier but still beautiful of course 😃👍🏻🚐💙 Trev n Sue
Hi Trev and Sue, looks a lovely area, nice campsite. Enjoyed the walk down to the vets, glad all was well. Lovely by the seashore. There were some posh looking boats at the marina. Wow! a lovely evening meal and enjoyed the girls singing ha ha. Take care x Julie and Tony x
Thank you Julie and Tony. It was a bitter sweet day. A beautiful setting but our last day in Spain. We did have some fun. Kev with the coconut shells was just one example of the laughs we had in the tour. 😃🚐💙 Trev n Sue
Hi Trev and Sue another fabulous video and great to see you both and Kev and Tracey having a lovely time and lots of laughs The site looks lovely and loads of facilities and looks like it would be very popular in season The town looked great and the food and drink just love Spain such a vibrant country and the people always friendly It’s been wonderful following your adventures and a fantastic drive around Spain all the best to you both Daniel
Thanks Daniel, this tour was a real challenge as we covered a lot of areas in 4 weeks. The effort required to get down to Spain is rewarded in winter by a much warmer climate and although I have to admit this was a major factor, the country itself didn’t disappoint for all the reasons you mentioned. I cannot understand why it was so busy and yes so many of the facilities and businesses still remain closed. At times we had nowhere to spend our money 😃 Spain is somewhere we will return to but perhaps we will target an individual area rather than trying to cram too much in. Take care and thanks again 😃🚐👍🏻💙 Trev n Sue
Brought back some nice memories, stayed there in 2008, our very first campsite stop in Spain. Remember trying to get on the pitch with the low trees.!! Thanks for your vlog, look forward to your next stopover. Al & Jan. XX ❤
Wow that’s a long time ago. It looks like they are keeping the whole site modern and up to date with more new social areas. The Facilities block was very nice inside and had lovely modern free showers 😃👍🏻 Trev
I can see where a van conversion comes into its own, definitely wouldn't want to tow my caravan through those streets. Looks like a lovely area. Enjoyed these video's, thanks for sharing your trip. ps love the Monty Python horse bit
LOL yes it was a bit Monty Python and it’s probably where we have to stop. I can’t see a lot of that comedy ever seeing the light of day in future but I still chuckle at the silliness of old classic comedy 😂💙 Trev
We are lucky with comments and feedback on our social media but occasionally meet a grumpy one. This one must have got out of the wrong side of the bed. Thanks for your support and encouragement 👍🏻😃🚐💙 Trev.
The flowers and the beaches were very pretty in the tourist areas. We walked to the outside of the resort where nature was allowed to take control and it was very peaceful. The heat of the sun limits the types of plants but it has its own natural beauty. 🙂 thanks for watching and your comments 👍🏻💙🚐 Trev n Sue
Yikes. Wouldn’t fancy taking the Motorhome around there. But it looks so beautiful. What a lovely campsite and a stunning Sunrise! Nice one Trev and Sue. You had an amazing time!
The journey back from Sierra Espuna was a little easier as it was down hill all the way 😃 La Llosa was a lovely campsite and it brought us back to the coast which we enjoyed immensely. Walking the beaches was so calming after a long drive 😃🚐👍🏻 Trev
Haha yes, I was allowed back in the country. The immigration officer did ask me to remove my sunglasses though which I thought was pretty thorough of him. And the lady in customs checked our wc and wardrobe in case Sue was smuggling any handsome Frenchmen 😂😂 It’s a good feeling to be back home even though we love travelling to different countries 😃🚐 Trev
It’s a nice area but it is very busy. Not much is open either. So there’s limited choice of bars and restaurants. No complaints though, we loved the site and the walks along the promenade 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev
Lovely drive. Oh heading back to France. It's nice that the doggies had a nice vet to inspect them. Um the food looks yummy. Already forgot what it was called. Looks good, though. Coconut stuff looks good, but so does the lemon thingamabob lol. Never seen someone play a coconut before lol. A full on supermarket on site? Bar too? Very cool. I like the little cabins. Wow that campground is packed, but it does look like a really nice one. Shame there's construction happening, but good they keep up maintenance.
Yes back through France means returning home 😟 We have to have dogs inspected and worming before we go through the UK immigration, it’s the law. In the old days the dogs would be in quarantine for months before they are allowed in the uk. We had some fun with Kevin and Tracey, they are really good company 😃👍🏻 Many of the campgrounds do construction over winter. Only a few remain open all year, so it’s good that we got on this one. It’s normally packed, as is most of southern Spain as Europeans and Brits all flock to the warmer climate. It’s like Arizona in the US, the winter retreat for RVs. 😉😃 Thanks for watching 👍🏻🚐💙 Trev n Sue xx
He was a right old grump. I just muttered something to him and kept walking. He didn’t spoil my day. Shame really as he had a fabulous motorhome and was on one of the nicer pitches. Maybe his wife didn’t cook him a full English breakfast 😉😂😂😂 Trev
The campsites in Europe tend to be more crowded. Even the best campsites cram the units in. They are generally cheaper than the UK but if you pay more money on some of the better sites you get 10 metre squared pitches but they are not common in France, Italy or Spain in our experience. Some of the Aires are tightly packed and we don’t go on them even if they are free. We like to have space and expect to pay. This one was pretty average for space and all of them in southern Spain are total dust bowls with no grass in sight. Sierra Espuna was lovely though with made up roads and gravel pitches. Much more like home. It was inland though. And a whole different experience. Spain was rammed this winter. It seems most Europeans want to go to Spain and Portugal for the winter 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev

It was unexpected but how could we resist. After all the driving it was nice to stop and be waited on 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev n Sue
Glad no worries about crossing with the pups. Did Sue get you certified also?😂 safe travels, dear friends 👍👏😊💕🤗🙏
