Morning guys Absolutely loved this We would love to visit Harris and Lewis. We absolutely love Scotland and have visited a few of the Scottish islands but not those. Have a great day ❤
It was an amazing tour and there was so much peace and quiet on these islands with the weather and nature being the main focus. We loved all the Outer Hebrides which are all different and apart from the town of Stornaway, they are very quiet 🙂👍🏻🚐 Trev
Hello Trev and Sue , loved your tour of the Hebrides. Loved seeing you arrive off the ferry and first stop, very windy. A large campsite lovely views. Next campsite looked lovely on Harris, pretty views. The beaches were beautiful. The visit to the stones and the little house on Lewis was amazing. So many beautiful views. The lighthouse was stunning. Then it’s on to Skye what a lovely trip, Take care x all the best for the New Year x Julie and Tony xx
This was an amazingly relaxing tour. The weather for June was particularly cool although we had a handful of warmer days. The islands are populated by a small number of residents and all of those we met were friendly and welcoming. Thanks for watching and we’ll see you in 2025 😃👍🏻🚐🚐💙 Trev n Sue
Hi Trev and Sue. Thank you for this wonderful omnibus edition. Showing us the beautiful views as well as the great camp sites was a pure pleasure to watch. Although your first stop on Harris was a bit of a disappointment you still stayed with it. I'm the same as you Trev great to see people enjoying themselves but not past midnight, it's a case of have respect for other people. Su refuses to go to Scotland, to much rain and midges ☹ Seems like you had nice friendly locals as well. I know there have been some horror stories involving motorhome and camper vans on the mainland, think it is down to a very few spoiling it for the rest of you with their waste and cassette on the road side. Thoroughly enjoyed your adventures guys. Thank you. Have a fantastic new year🍾🍾 Thumbs up thumped 👍 ....Pete and Su....
Thank you so much for your comments. There were very few disappointments in the Hebrides but just that one site on Harris that let the show down. It’s probably become too popular and it’s right in the main road so everyone stops there. We didn’t get the best weather for this particular tour so the sunny days of June were enjoyed all the more. It was an amazing tour that I could do again in an instant 😃🚐👍🏻 Trev
Hi, Hope you had a good Xmas. Helen has been busy planning our Spring Hebrides trip over the last few weeks using a lot of your site recommendations. Thanks for them again. Hope to catch up with you in the New Year. Have a good one Helen and Phil😀
Have a wonderful tour. The islands are beautiful and we found it difficult to get that across on our videos. There are numerous beaches and footpaths to enjoy so take comfortable footwear and layers. The weather can change by the hour. We didn’t get to see aircraft landing on the beach at Barra so we have an excuse to go back another time 😉😃 Safe travels 🚐👍🏻💙 Trev n Sue
The terminal at Oban is well signposted but tucked behind buildings down a narrow road. The crossing to Castle Town arrives late afternoon so we let the campsite know we were on the ferry. This is common for them and they will be ready for you. There are a number of abandoned cars, vans, tractors and buildings all over the islands which can be considered unsightly at first. We think this adds to the atmosphere and some broken farm machinery can give context in an open field with a wild backdrop. Listen to the locals and ask them about footpaths and access to beaches. You will discover so much more. We enjoyed shopping in the local co-op and independent shops. They are friendly and helpful. We needed a lead for a laptop and managed to source one on Benbecula purely by asking the campsite owner and the locals. We had time for a Quick Look at the North Uist Distillery. As you progress north the population grows but still the local communities in various parts of the islands welcome visitors and are grateful of your custom in the shops, cafes and galleries. Drop us a message if you think of any specific questions. We hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did. Be prepared for wet, windy and chilly weather but when the sun comes out it’s glorious there 😃👍🏻🚐 Trev n Sue
@PoshcatsCamping THANK YOU! Yes, we discovered the Oban terminal this Summer when went to Mull. I've read there's a documentary called 'The Rust Island' because of the old vehicles. I hope to search it out. We saw that a lot on Eigg. N&Nx
The islands will be there for a while yet 😉🤣 We are so glad we started in the south. It’s so remote down there and the population is smaller and very friendly. As we headed north, the landscape seemed to grow larger and more imposing along with the numbers of people. Stornaway was the only disappointment and we would not return there. Otherwise, we would love to go back and spend even longer on the south islands next time 😃👍🏻 Trev n Sue

I am letting this run all the way through. I hope you and your family had a very Merry Christmas and have a very Happy New Year! 😊😊
Thank you Angela 💙 We had a lovely day with the little girls, very magical. Hope you had fun too 😊👍🏻🎄
Thanks for this. We've just started planning our Easter trip here so I've made lots of notes from your video.
Any tips, gratefully received! N&Nx

Thanks for that. I'm now regretting our decision not to visit the Outer Hebrides this year. 🙄
