Thank you. Its almost 7 years of being free. And semen retention is what I practice long term. Its my lifestyle, I dont think too much about it anymore, dont count days etc. Ofc, sometimes, mistake happen. And I loose control with a female. It is absolutely scary how normalized it is! I used to struggle with boundaries in relationships and would try to be “cool” about partners watching p*. Now I would run so far lol🤣 for me it has been a journey that has left me oftentimes alone, buuut maintaining my values and treating my body as the temple it is has really been integral in gaining confidence and just overall lifting my vibration… I feel better, I have more energy and I’m consistent with working towards my goals. However, during highschool I started becoming aware of these things and conciously integrating the teachings and searching for more answers. It started as a movement of resistance from within myself to being bullied for not giving in to hookup culture and debouchery. The more they pushed, the stronger and more secure with my choice to not give in I became. In the process lots of egos got hurt or bruised. I was mainly attacked by girls and by guys manipulated by girls through their urges.

The best run I’ve had was 5 months although I did see explicit content but didn’t release. The energy I had was insane!! I also managed to change my life for the better and gained so much spiritual knowledge. SR is amazing!
The spiritual knowledge is the best part of retention IMO. Everything in existence is psychosexual. When you are able to harness and control that psychosexual energy, secrets unfold themselves for you. It’s crazy.

People think you have to fight and battle the urge forever but it actually dissipates after a cpl weeks. Similar to how you dont have a heroin urge because you dont use it. same with porn. if you dont use it, the urge doesnt arise

Could you explain to me the reasons why you consider ALL porn to be INHERENTLY bad, negative, unhealthy? Obviously being addicted to anything is bad. Doing too much of anything is bad. And yes, it does seem as though there are big advantages to retaining semen so expending too much of it is disadvantageous/unhealthy. So why is ALL porn inherently bad?
Personally the vibe I get is that porn stands for an approach towards sexuality not so much for sex being displayed. So if there is sexual material that has a different, wholesome approach, it would be called erotic art or something alone those lines...
I definitely disagree light consumption of porn has inherently negative effects, it's like other kind of media, if you approach it critically you can watch some not so wholesome things, but not with the attitude of indulging or just getting off. It's kind of interesting to observe "what is this, what is appealing about it, what is unappealing about it". My experience is if you are aware your interest will wane as you become clear on that.
On the other hand the idea that all explicit erotic art is harmful or the same as porn I would say is straight up repressive. It has no basis apart from hang-up's or personal issues around the topic. Erotic art unfortunately is a lot less present than porn or generally "Hot Guys and Girls", and not being discussed much. For me it seems to appreciate the aesthetics of a work and the feelings it invokes without your own urges getting in the way would be healthy in order to develop a good relationship towards sexuality.

I wouldn't say that it's worse. Perhaps it's progress, but its still feeding you addictive dopamine. The same thing is true for masturbating without porn and for edging without release. You're trying to have it both ways, but there is no truly satisfactory middle path.
Watching... 1) activates high / addicting levels of dopamine 2) activates lust 3) shows you aren't in control of your mind 4) desensitizes you 5) psychologically numbing (represses your emotions) 6) lowers self-esteem because watching is an affirmation you aren't getting intimacy in real life (those in lack are those that desire to watch) 7) spiritual vibration lowering 8) can be addictive and addiction has negative consequences 9) clouds mind and leaves one feeling ungrounded 10) negatively shapes how you see women and overly sexualizes 11) watching almost always creates lust for escalating material 12) pollutes mind with those images you are feeding it 13) makes one live more in an animalistic / lustful / egoic way rather than heart / spiritual / purposeful way 14) instills in you a consumer and spectator attitude towards life 15) decreases focus... I can go on and on. Definitely do your best to not watch and see how it goes Razear! Feels amazing and pure being away from degeneracy.
