I was adopted from the Ukraine when I was 3 years old , my birth mom abandoned me , and now I live in Canada with my adopted mom , dad, dog and my cousins who are also adopted !! i am blessed
Addition to the Lucy story. As her English improved over the first few months, she mentioned a name repeatedly. After some digging, the couple found out that the boy was a friend of hers who never got adopted (even as a boy) because he was blind. They adopted him shortly after.
As an adoptive father to a little (well, not so little anymore) girl from China, I can tell you that adopting her was the best decision of my life. My wife and I have two bio sons of our own, but adopting a child from China had been laid on our hearts. She has made our lives complete.
It's time for China to get rid of their huzou policy so babies born after the allowed number can get an education and healthcare in China. It's this child policy and huzou that has landed so many babies into orphanages. That and the outrageous sexism in China.
Andrew Watson be very careful life is a test and theres certain tests on earth adoption is one of them it sounds too good to be true you can keep a child that doesnt belong to you
I'm a foster mother, and I am praying for the day that I get to adopt a wonderful child that has been in my home. I'm all about reunification, but I've always wanted to be a mother! To be able to save a child, from a daunting situation. I dream of the day!
Can't you do legal guardianship so they don't seal the original birth certificate? I thank you so much for being a mom to abused kids and not taking a healthy baby for yourself. You are already a mom!!! God bless you so much!
Cate The Cat I'm so happy for you that you got adopted and it's good that if you ever decide you want to adopt at least you will know what it feels lik i hope you adopt i have a feeling you would be a great mom
At first I thought this would be parents telling their kids that they were actually adopted and not their own children. Or parents telling kids that they would be put up for adoption.
im crying. Theres so many children in the world that need love and care. And the thought that not many are lucky enough to be adopted into a family makes my heart break. NO KID deserves to feel unloved and i hope peoplel can open up their hearts to a child in need.😢
This story ripped my heart out. 4 of my grandchildren were placed in foster care. When the absolved my daughter's rights to her children, it did the same to me. Texas does not have grandparent rights. One has aged out and has come back to live with, the other three are still in the system. I search for them online daily. The last I heard, the youngest two were doing very well and thriving. The oldest is special needs and I'm not sure he will know how to find me if he so desires. I pray that they find forever homes with good families and that they know their grandma loves them more than anything I cry about my loss everyday, but know that they are better off than the condition they were in..I hope I live long enough to see them before I die.
How awful. I'm so sorry that your grandchildren were lost to you through no fault or decision of your own. I pray that you all find your way back together one day. ❤️💕❤️
I am probably as guilty as most if not more so for taking my real parents for granted and not really appreciating just how lucky I am to have them . My father is dead now but for all my life they were always there for me with love, support, kindness and goodness, through the good times and the bad and were just amazing and brilliant through everything. If I am a good person, and I try to be, it is because of the way they raised me and I owe them so much. I am so glad all of these beautiful children found parents that will give them the same kind wonderful life my parents gave me. They all really deserve it.
u def. are VERY lucky nicky. many people who even live w/ their own natural parents dont get to have love and support, let alone these unadopted kids. some kids feel like orphans even w/ their own parents
I was adopted on my 11th birthday by my mom and dad and they are the most important people to me. They gave me my first Christmas, first birthday, first Easter, first Halloween, just first for so many things, they gave me the chance no one else would. But there's one thing I wish I could give them and it's something all of these kids gave to their adoptive parents, a hug. I hate being touched and avoid it at all costs. I know that sometimes they wanted to hug me and I tried to make it up to them by giving them a hug every Christmas, I know it still wasn't enough. I could've put more effort in. I could have let the hug me more often and let them hug me for longer than 3 seconds and even though that shouldn't be a hard thing for someone to do, it's something I struggled with and continue to struggle with. These kids can hug their new family and they enjoy hugging them, makes me wish I didn't hate being touched so I could enjoy hugging my mom and dad.
redpill ciswhitefemale Any touch a parent gets from their child..whether 1/2 a second or 20 seconds...we always treasure. As a parent who placed a child for adoption and has stepkids, I treasure each hug I get. For me it is a chance to send an extra hug to heaven to both my parents in heaven. So do not be hard on yourself...you may have had a hard time before you came into a loving family and they understand that.
My son's mother died when he was 6 months old and I married his father when he was almost 10. I am the only mother he has ever known and it was a no brainier to adopt him his freshman year of high school I was already his real mom in his eyes anyway, and he was always my son from the moment I walked down that aisle.
Dr.Zoidberg I'm not choosing on over the other. im having children and adopting. Plus seeing a child struggle because of their parents mistakes or death is heartbreaking, so I always dreamed of adopting my own children. One is not better then the other, but i do hope one day you think of adopting a child because alot of them need a good home plus its less painful 😊😉
I was adopted when I was about 6 weeks old, and I am grateful to my parents giving me the chance to live a happy, love filled life. These parents and kids make me so happy. I love knowing that kids get to have a forever home, even if they are older.
This is the first video ever that has brought a tear to my eye I was told at the age of seven that my dad wasn't my real dad I still called him daddy in my last year of primary school it made him feel all that much closer I love you dad
Sounds like deep down you feel abandoned by them. I hear males often feel this way. You do realize that in 65 if a girl got pregnant unmarried she was literally forced to give away her baby. There are various books and movies about this. It wasn't a choice in 65. It was pure, brutal force. Look, I'm not saying it's easy. Both of my bio parents lack kindness and want to fault me for their problems, but it was worth it in the end to search. I recommend it for everyone. An aunt in my adoptive family didn't want to search. She is now in her 70s. She after 70 years decided to at least get her heritage checked and her kids, my adoptive cousins (one being my favorite cousin and a good friend) was thrilled to find out their true heritage. Her mom is afraid of rejection, and I think that's what you're afraid of too, but at least now she knows her countries of origin and it's been pretty neat exploring them. Knowing your medical history is important too, especially because it's not updated like us. Finally, another reason I recommend testing with sites like Family Tree DNA and other sites is because you might discover you had another sibling given away for adoption. In fact, here in NYS adoption agencies were splitting twins as late as 1991 for more profit. Last year a young lady from Watertown was told "we found your brother". She said "my biological brother" and an acquaintance said "no your twin". Well, her adoptive parents and her had no idea she had a twin. None whatsoever. I don't know if she found her bio mother but she has reunited with her twin brother. I hope they are suing the agency. You never know you just never know.
I think that was a very touching story. It is always important to know you are loved so much that your Foster Parents Want to Adopt you. This is the greatest gift ever. God bless.
I grew up in foster homes and was not fortunate enough to be adopted. I very much wanted to be loved and have a family of my own. I am so happy when I hear of a child being adopted, it warms my heart and I know they will have the best chance to be successful in life. All the best to all of them!
Do they know their biological families? Do they have their biological family medical history? Do they know their heritages? You don't have to answer me, but I hope they do because 7 million adopted Americans do not and 3 million adopted Canadians.
This has a very special meaning for me. I was adopted when I was just 3 days old. Adopted children are very special children, because we're the chosen ones...😊😍😊 Thank you to all those whom have opened their hearts and homes for these children...😊😍😊😍
Painted Faces by Fairy G This, my darling... is not true. You can not be adopted when you were three days old. The adoption process takes several months to a year or two.
Kenz Kills that's false. If you where through the adoption process before she was born then it woukd mean she was given to her now parents. Although she's in the wrong for saying she's a chosen one. Lots of people choose their children.
‼️Wow...all great stories! I cried when I heard the words said to Lucy...in Chinese...'I'm your momma....'......absolutely overwhelming! Thanks for this fantastic video! God bless! Kim, Ontario Canada 🕊🌸🕊
I love this so much!!!!! It brings back all the memories of when my parents adopted me and my little brother from Russia when I four (22 now). It was (and forever will be) the BEST moment of my life!!!
I always wanted to be adopted by nice parents so badly since I never knew my dad and I was emotional neglected by my mom but grew up at hers and now I don’t have any contact with anyone from my “family”. Unfortunately now I’m too old (23) but I still hope for it even if I know I’ll never have a family which is sometimes really sad but I’m happy for those kids. Everybody deserves people who are always there for you and love you unconditionally. Hope you all have a good day!
When I'm an adult, I want to adopt a teen who's been stuck in foster care. Being a teenager is already really hard, even when you don't have to worry about being in foster care; it's the phase when you're transitioning into adulthood and having nobody there by your side has to be terrifying. I can't wait until I get to meet my future son or daughter (or however else they identify. I'm loving them regardless).
@@relaxandgrowwithMegan Thank you for posting this blog. It's nice to see a writer who understands the issue is not the prospect of adoption, but rather it's the corrupt system.
It's nice to hear your voice again, Rick. I am not sure who fills in for you, but it just isn't the same. I hope you are doing well, and happy holidays from my family to yours.
Oh have two younger sisters, that we were fostering for about 3 years, and we finally adopted them recently. I was so glad the anxiety of having them taken away is over.
Thanks for sharing these stories! I have a sister and brother that were raised in foster care they got bounced around. There are so many kids and so few that get adopted.
I have never seen such a heartwarming, emotional TH-cam video in my whole life. The feeling of you meeting your future family is way too overwhelming to contain yourself. I would know, because I am one adopted child in a family of nine.
I'm so happy for these kids. Adoption has done me and my sister wonders. Im now thriving and I'm so glad these kids have that chance and get the love they deserve.
Scxar Girl well I'll pray for you right now and I'll pray for your future patients. I don't know if anyone ever though you about God but he is the Father of us all.
Well till a few. Months ago i Didn't even know what you tube is. I live in Taylorsville Utah . it is cold in the winer and very hot in the summer . lots of big mountains..very flat and deserts about an hour south.. It is fun here lots to see and do. Especially if you like outdoors stuff. There are lots of hiking and fishing .Plenty of city things to do too. Its snowing today . were do you live. Be safe. Over the internet im. Not asking for your address just a general area
ok...I'm crying, happy tears! so touching... I was adopted by my dad and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. He died many years ago yet I still always have him in my heart he was a wonderful man!!
i'm off my meds and these stories have me way more shook than I thought I would be. There are so many kids that need our love! if for whatever reason you cannot provide for your kid, or if you are feeling pressured to abort, please consider adoption! There are families who will love you and the baby FOREVER!! I'm so glad all these kids found their families!!
Its so heartbreaking when kids are being switched from foster homes. Or when kids are in foster homes. They deserve better. But when they are adooted it warms my heart so much and i love it. God bless everyone. Have a good day
I'm 24 years old and I need parents because I've never experienced happy family vibes... I still think it a good idea for adults who have parental problems to find alternatives, even if the parents had their own children, if they offered help for those adults It would be really supportive and life changing... My parents never said "We'll always be here for you" so don't claim that "all" the parents say so.
Love these stories as we are working to get set up now for a adoption and hope that very soon we (wife and I ) can add our story to giving a child a forever home.
OH MY GOD I’M DYING HERE these were ALL wonderful stories. I don’t think I’m gonna be able to have children of my own. I would love to adopt a child whenever I’m ready to live by myself. All of these stories touched my heart. These stories hit me so hard that I just wanna cry. Thank you so much for this video. I absolutely LOVED IT!
i am adopted i have been away from my parents and siblings for over 5 years its really hard knowing all my 5 siblings being taken away and i from my parents i wish i can see my family again
Why did the principal tell the little girl instead of letting her go home and hear it from her foster/new adoptive parents I wonder?? I mean, that's an incredible moment obviously and you'd think the parents would have wanted to be a part of it. I'd have been pissed!!
I'm adopted and it means everything to me. Like those kids I was happy, but then I had depression and ADHD. So much happened in that time frame. I just hope that one day I can adopt a little one, to give them a forever home not only should a child go through that, but being loved during the process and forever and beyond. So many people think that I'm weird because I developed so many things. Like I love school, not only because of the education and friends, but also to know I have education because I didn't have a lot of it when I was below the age of 8-9.
Kids everyday don't care about what their parents do for them while some kids are dreaming of having a real home and family. Thanks for making this video by touching our hearts and tell your parents you love them :) 💜
I was adopted when I was a baby but since my parents are a different race, it's never been a secret to me. I don't see why being adopted is such a big deal.
What do you mean "why is adoption such a big deal"????? Because it gives abandoned kids a second chance at life and having a loving family! Consider yourself extremely blessed that you were adopted as a baby and not tossed around from place to place like an animal.
it is sad ,in a sense , that children need to be adopted , but so lovely when they are . Being unloved and unwanted , I hope to be adopted one day . Do you think I am too old at 47?......
1.2 K dislikes??? Really?! Are you kidding me? I was practically in tears watching this heart warming video!!! God bless each and every family for taking in these beautiful children!
My bio mom gave me up after I was born. I was adopted when I was 6 from an orphanage in Florida. I felt privlidged to be chosen by very loving parents. I am 76 now and have had a wonderful life because of their love.

@@relaxandgrowwithMegan Thank you for posting this blog. It's nice to see a writer who understands the issue is not the prospect of adoption, but rather it's the corrupt system.
They are amazing story's God bless them all.😇.

The video of Landon is the sincerest expression of joy ever. It also shows that all any kid wants more than anything are parents who love them.
It's nice to hear your voice again, Rick. I am not sure who fills in for you, but it just isn't the same. I hope you are doing well, and happy holidays from my family to yours.
And same to you, Cortney. :)

Hey neighbor, STOP USING THE ONION CUTTER!!

Yeah going to Disneyland/world is indeed a ton of fun for all....until the day comes when you(the parents) get the HUGE credit card bill, haha!!
Sammy Lane sometimes money isn't what matters and just seeing the ones you love happy is worth that every cent, haha!!
Sammy Lane .
Bruh this is a sentimental video, maybe a little bit of bad timing?
Sammy Lane oh did not know that because iv NEVER EVER EVERRR been to disneyland!💔 D;
In order to see a child being happy, it's completely worth it.
I know the feeling. I was adopted 71 years ago by the best parents ever.
Im crying right now. May God bless them all.

Especially if you like outdoors stuff. There are lots of hiking and fishing .Plenty of city things to do too. Its snowing today . were do you live. Be safe. Over the internet im. Not asking for your address just a general area

Jakyria Richardson sameeee
ok...I'm crying, happy tears! so touching...
I thought this was them reacting to being told they were adopted lol
Nikki Nixon same
These are the kids who should be adopted.
Tons. www.exposingadoption.wordpress.com
Sooooo sweet! I feel so happy for those kids
Its so heartbreaking when kids are being switched from foster homes. Or when kids are in foster homes. They deserve better. But when they are adooted it warms my heart so much and i love it. God bless everyone. Have a good day
As an adoptee myself, I really appreciate hearing stories like these.
I had a dream were I was abandoned and I woke up crying cause I love my mother to much to be separated
Adoption is separation. All adoption starts in trauma.
Little _Kitty_playz dude that happened to me too
this was so sweet! im literally in tears right now!
As someone who is adopted I can say that the day the judge say you now a part of these wonderful peoples family is the greatest thing EVER
Love these stories as we are working to get set up now for a adoption and hope that very soon we (wife and I ) can add our story to giving a child a forever home.
I cried at the last one

Hermione Granger thanks
Im so happy for them. I was adopted when I was 4 and I'm happy about it.
Alexis Reveles Hopefully you will be able to see them soon too.
I just found my biological siblings! it's a wonderful thing, I wish the best for you!
lolitsLEA official That's awesome. Thanks!
Why did the principal tell the little girl instead of letting her go home and hear it from her foster/new adoptive parents I wonder?? I mean, that's an incredible moment obviously and you'd think the parents would have wanted to be a part of it. I'd have been pissed!!
This is why I am going to adopt
I'm adopted and it means everything to me. Like those kids I was happy, but then I had depression and ADHD. So much happened in that time frame. I just hope that one day I can adopt a little one, to give them a forever home not only should a child go through that, but being loved during the process and forever and beyond. So many people think that I'm weird because I developed so many things. Like I love school, not only because of the education and friends, but also to know I have education because I didn't have a lot of it when I was below the age of 8-9.
Kids everyday don't care about what their parents do for them while some kids are dreaming of having a real home and family. Thanks for making this video by touching our hearts and tell your parents you love them :) 💜
I am not adopted but I am happy that those kids got a family
The last one totally made me cry
Good vid Rick keep it up 😀
Oh wow this video was posted on my birthday.. and i just can Say that i am so grateful to have a loving and beautiful family
All so moving had me in tears x I hope they all have wonderful lives god bless one and all x
The last one is so Cute!
I was adopted when I was a baby but since my parents are a different race, it's never been a secret to me. I don't see why being adopted is such a big deal.
Taekook Cuties that is understandable as it happened when you where a baby i was 16 when i was adopted it meant the world to me that i was wanted
What do you mean "why is adoption such a big deal"????? Because it gives abandoned kids a second chance at life and having a loving family! Consider yourself extremely blessed that you were adopted as a baby and not tossed around from place to place like an animal.
1:30
They looked like their foster parents
Lyndzie Rae-Ann
I'd only adopt 1 that would look like it could be mine.
Lyndzie Rae-Ann oh yeah trye
And
there’s nothing more heartwarming than making a child smile
This made me cry, My parents adopted 9 children and I am one of them...adoption is beautiful and I would do it in a heartbeat
The music just makes it harder for me not to cry
it is sad ,in a sense , that children need to be adopted , but so lovely when they are . Being unloved and unwanted , I hope to be adopted one day . Do you think I am too old at 47?......
uh maybe
Yeah you can’t get adopted
LB24 Wrong. Look up 'adult adoption'.
You should be living alone /:
It's okay you can be my adopted friend😊

1.2 K dislikes??? Really?! Are you kidding me? I was practically in tears watching this heart warming video!!! God bless each and every family for taking in these beautiful children!
My bio mom gave me up after I was born. I was adopted when I was 6 from an orphanage in Florida. I felt privlidged to be chosen by very loving parents. I am 76 now and have had a wonderful life because of their love.

Uhhh Another Country Guatemala
Oh.

I started to cry. So sweet and wonderful.
I don't think this is heartbreaking. This video shows the kindness of humanity and how happy someone can be to make a child happy.
