🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 it's all good. Thanks bro
Great video brother!!!!!
Appreciate it!
Great video & knowledge as always, Cliff!
Quick question - do you use surfactant in your SH pre-treatment and/or post-treatment for concrete? Or is it just SH + water?
Thanks. I pretty much add the surfactant to my sh tank (the main tank that I use for downstreaming and soft wash system).. if I need additional soap when using the softwash system I have a separate soap tank that's hooked up to my proportioner.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Got it, thank you!
Another fine job young man.👍👍👍👍👍👍😇👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks a lot 🙏🏽
Great video again brother much love❤

Yessuh. Thanks Mike
What a Great Entrepreneurial Spirit 👍🏾
Thank you very much 😊
Nice work again. You're a good man to share your knowledge👍. Super sud sucker for pretreatment? I was looking at them yesterday $$$ ouch🤔
Yea they're pricey but definitely worth the investment. You could even post treat with it
Then I'm in .
Thanks again
You did a nice job. The person with you wanted too learn it to.
Yea he did great. Got a good hands on experience
I just happen to run into your video because I need to clean my driveway. I love your videos and how you bring along people and teach them. I do have a question, what does down streaming mean and what cleaning solution do you use? Keep up the good work, Thanks.
Thank you brother. Downstreaming means pulling chemical through an injector (or downstream injector) it's called downstream because it's mounted after the pump. Upstream injector is before the pump (not recommended because the chemical will burn the pump seals up) the staple chemical for our industry is SH aka pool chlorine, shock, or bleach. We use the 12.5% but it comes in 10% and 5% we add a little surfactant to it so it's soapy and makes it stick to the surfaces.
Killing it out there
Yessuh!! You about to real soon
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash yessir 💯💯
Anther great video. Thanks bro. How and why do you decide to down steam over soft wash? What’ makes you decide to go one way or another?
Dowmstreaming is soft washing. It's all low pressure. Only difference with a dedicated soft wash system is you can dial different ratios. But personally I like downstreaming because it's less hoses to pull out.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Thsnk you. That makes sense.
Nice work bro!!
Thank you Sir. I appreciate it
Another great video. I came across deep concrete stains (not rust or oil ) that SH with surface cleaner couldn’t get up. Any suggestions? Degreaser?? Thanks again.
How strong are you hitting with SH? Usually post treat 50/50 will get it or even straight SH
I was using 4%. I let it dwell for about 15min. Still didn’t come up. I’ll try a stronger %. Next time.. thanks again.
@@Jon-tg2qh you don't rinse the post treat. Just apply and leave it. By time u wrap up to leave the stains will fade or start to fade away
Acid
Nice job brother hook me up with the jazz music
Got u coming up brother 💯
Greetings, from Houston, Tx.. did you lower the pressure when surface cleaning that pool area? Just a question for my knowledge for when I come across one as I did one before and I think I had pressure a little high
Yes I lowered it some cause of the older paint. We didn't have any chipping at all. Thats why it's good to do a walk around. If you see any paint missing then high pressure should be thought of twice
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Oh okay. Whats the ideal pressure for that finish?
@@alejandroamaro8303 probably around 1800psi range
Do you downstream everything first then rinse ? Also I have a 2.5 gpm when I downstream how do I mix batches
Yes. There's no batches needed. Just put your downstream tube right into the sh bucket or tank.
Whata difference between downstream and using your softwash mix
The dedicated softwash system allows to adjust your mix stronger. From 0-12.5% if needed. Downstream isn't built to change your ratios.
So Cliff, how do you get 3% with downstream injector? Mine only draws around a 10 to 1 I think. I have a 4 gpm pw.
Envirospec super suds sucker
He Clift do you use like quick books or any other software to keep track of your customers and sales?
I use quickbooks for accounting and then use Hubspot as a CRM
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thanks for the response Clift!! Your videos you share are very helpful all the way up here in Michigan!!
You're welcome. Go kill it! And thank you.
How do you get so many flatwork jobs and house washes? Do you target them specifically?
Yard signs brings in a lot of flatwork for Me. On my signs I just put pressure washing and my phone number.
How do you avoid streaks from the surface cleaner? Post treatment?
Make sure your surface cleaner tips are clean, pre treat, walk at a steady pace, and post treat.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash 🤩🤩 Thanks!
did you do any post treatment?
Yes we did
I’m trying to get started in the business and don’t have a lot of money to drop. Had a thought about a 1700psi electric pressure washer running off a marine battery. Is this possible to do if I get an inverter for the marine battery? If so is it possible to show that build with a trickle charger attached to the battery at the same time?
You're better off renting a machine from home depot and knock out a few driveways. Then getting a used machine from let's say Facebook marketplace. The machine you're speaking off will drive you crazy
How much u charge just driveway that size
I charged $175
Let’s gooooooooooo
TUCK!!!! My bro 4 Life!
I love how you bring along people and teach them. When I get my millions from crypto currency investments I’m gonna hook you up with a skid from Southeast Softwash. Shhhhhhhhhh. I don’t wanna hear it. I’m gonna do it because your so generous with your time and it will help you out. Oh and then I’ll buy me one too. Hahhahah. Multimillionaire washing peoples houses. Hahahhahah
Lol I appreciate the love brother. Thank you for all the support. 😄😄😄

@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Yessir!
Great job! I see you have one hater! Lol
Yea I know who it is too. He does it every video 😆🤣😂
Get a sludge sucker !!!! Best for moving water with the pressure washing gun!!
yea down the line i will. its not on my list of gadgets for sure.
Im afraid you are training yourself right out of business. You should not feel so forced just because you have a subscriber asking. 3 hours away would be my cut off. just sayin
Why is that? I'll never be out of business cause work is plentiful. Also businesses starts every single day whether I train a guy or not. I'm a positive person and I'm very blessed. Negativity has no room in my mind and I get back what I put out 10 fold. You should see that by watching this old video vs to where I am now. I had a small van to having a huge truck. That doesn't come from going out of business
How do you mix the sh? Been having trouble mixing the percentages. Nay videos on that?
Add water to it. The amount will depend on what percentage you want the end result to be. It's just math.
Here's a tool you can use.
