I have used a sinking fund for extra weeks. Give it $10-20 a week depending on you needs and it’s there when you need it.

A lot of people do groceries based on the number of shopping trips expected. It looks like you do about 200/week so I'd do 1000 per month instead of 800 per month on the months that have 5 Saturdays because that's the day I shop on. Good luck!
