Same. As much I liked their costumes from the video, I still love the vision behind the styling from the NF. They all just look cool and I enjoyed most of the updates to the clothing they've made. Especially what they've did with Puuluup. I think that the emptiness of the stage could be a bit of a problem, but: 1) most of the final product will probably be close-ups on their faces as they're rapping/singing, 2) there is six of them, so you couldn't exactly add much to the stage without making it feel crowded. Plus they can't have extra dancers, as they're already the ones doing the dancing and they can't add more people;. 3) the interactions between them (especially between Kohver and Marko during the chorus) are entertaining enough to keep the attention during a song.
I am a huge fan of (nendest)...midagi, and I've started listening to Puuluup's other music a lot on streaming. While I like the costumes for the semis, I think that the staging overall seems a little lacking. But maybe that's because we're not seeing the whole thing in context yet. I am still very excited for Estonia at the Semis and I still hope they qualify!

Also well done Georgia🇬🇪 and I think that their NQ streak will finally be broken. And I don't know what to think about Netherlands🇳🇱. I'm not impressed with this today at all, but he is hiding something for real show, I'm sure.
I have a firm conviction that Joost Klein was put on this earth to show people what's possible by confusing them first. For this he's willing to take risks. I feel the Dutch have gotten used to this and recognize the pattern. So don't overthink anything you see untill you're absolutely sure it's part of the show or overthink it and realize you're supposed to do that.

For the record, he is not some sensationalist media person trying to spin a narrative, he has a decade-long and respected legacy of covering Eurovision, musicals and other cultural events in NL. He is one to take seriously. Prior to departing, Joost also mentioned that he doesn't like spoiling the performance during rehearsals. Combined with the fact that his Tiktok video is remarkably shorter than the other ones, I think it's fair to say we're not seeing everything from the intro/outro of the song.

Once again, a very good roundup video. I like that you dig deep, and you have knowledge about the subject, but without stretching your videos out too long (as some others tend to do). As a Dutchman I am quite anxious to know more about Joost's ultimate performance, but he seems to deliberately keep it a mistery for everyone for as long as possible. The building up mistery and tension hopefully leads up to a spectacular visual result on may 9th. I sincerely hope he will not omit the slow, introspective, meaningful ending bit from his gig. The contrasting combination with the preceding 2,5 minutes of happy hardcore is what makes the song so memorable.
Georgia looks so good, I was in shock watching this. Nutsa’s vocals are incredible every time and Georgia invested some serious money into this. I think Georgia is qualifying easily at this point
Joost not giving anything away and keeping everybody guessing is so funny. Joost en Govert (his stage director) are just two very strange guys. Whatever you think it means, it's probably even weirder than you can imagine 😂 As much as I worry that whatever their vision is won't translate because it will look too weird I do think it is good we are showing this side of our country and music industry. My opinions on today rehearsals: Latvia: Honestly i think they have done as much as they could but it is very forgettable and i believe a NQ. Pretty lighting tho Sam Marino: As much as i do not like the song i think the staging is great especially for a small country like san marino. Dancers seem great and visuals are cool. Georgia: WOW. Just Wow. Genuinely left me speechless it may even have top 10 potential here icl. Dancing amazing, visuals beautiful, everything 10/10 Belgium: Kimda torn. I think the microhone cirlce is great however i feel the performance will get a bit boring hiwever the ending is just how i imagined it. Brilliant Estonia: So disappointing 😢. I expected so much more but it seems liek a glorified version of the NF. They could at least have some of them elevated like they did in some performances but this just seems bland Norway: I thought they really couldnt get elevate the NF staging anymore but i was proven wrong. Her outfit is insane and the whole vibe is perfect Netherlands: There isnt much to comment on. Obviously they are strategically hiding most of the staging and im so excited for it
The bird in NL rehersal was what Nemo intended from the start, but all the budget went to the satellite dish prop, so he had to put up with a cheap muppet monster costume they randomply found in a closet
Although Joost is iconic and his staging likely very original, I find it increasingly more unlikely the Netherlands will win. I cant see the jury appreciating his song as much as other televote magnets Rim Tim Tagi Dim. I also find him very pretentious compared to Lord Lasagna who is the real deal.
As far as I know, Dons is a keen athlete and he is probably very proud of his physique. The body armour could be a concession to vanity. I like Nutsa's outfit: it's sleek, modern, impactful but not excessively explicit. No risk of wardrobe malfunction there, luckily. Her dancers are also very well dressed: they are handsome but they are not there just to look handsome. I am also worried that Mustii will overdo his vocal performance which would be a real shame. Eden Golan has a beautiful, powerful voice and she is very professional. I expect a great performance from her.

I said Belgium might not qualify, but I whatched again and I realized that Belgium could be a qualifier and Malta a nonqualifier and that's more realistic. Malta is average with dance copycat Chanel+ Foureira. I think she has less chances, as the performance doesn't impress much...she just takes the eyes. I hope will be this way and we will not have surprises.
