- In this video we will see how to calculate intrinsic value of a company.
we will do this using two methods
1) Net Asset Value
2) Discounted cash flow method
Net Asset Value :- vo method hai jisme ham maante hai ki company band hone wali hai aur uski koi earning capability hai. To assets bech ke jo paise aayenge usi se ham equity share holders ki value nikaalenge.
Discounted Cash Flow:- is method me ham company ki earning power ko consider karte hai aur maan ke chalte hai ki company future me earnings karegi.

If anyone confused with 'DISCOUNT RATE'
i.e how 10% is 0.1
here is the answer:
100% is 1 , i.e 100%=1
so, 10%= 0.1
it is between 0 and 1.
0 is zero and 1 is 100
10%=10/100= 0.1 🙂
