      I was thinking I could use my fat quarters if American fabric and make a quilted cover for our air fryer. It does not always have to be a full size quilt project to use such blocks

    Brianna great demo. Love the quilt pattern! Is there a quilt pattern for this one? Thanks much.

    • @AnitaSouthall
      @AnitaSouthall 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pretty much 4 strips any size. Then whatever width they turn into is the cut width of your feature fabric. Just be consistent across the whole project. So here it was 4 x 2.5 inch strips. It made an 8 inch width. Lay strips on top of the yardage then sew both sides. Cut as instructed then boom iron and piece blocks together as desired. I've seen it also done with 3 x 3 inch strips

  • @elizabethscott8767
    @elizabethscott8767 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Could you line up the second cut with the section already cut so you could always cut in the same direction? I'll have to try it.

  • @rhondajohnson39
    @rhondajohnson39 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    I love this pattern!!! It looks very simple and it's a good way to get rid of some of my fabric stash.🤞🏼
    What is the finished diameter of this quilt?

    • @AnitaSouthall
      @AnitaSouthall 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If ti you review the video I think the blocks were close to 9 or ten inches. Then however many you make then less seam joins. Shouldn't be too hard on the math? A ten inch block done 4 x 5 grid would be 49 x 50 inches less your joins. I'm currently planning a ten inch block quilt. Just cutting everything in sight to ten inches. Or any combination into ten inches from scrappy.
