Thanks for this comparison! Been waiting for my OWK3 from Korbanth still so this was nice to see.

Awesome comparison, awaiting my arrival of my Genexis Sabers custom OWK3 and this answered a few of my questions.

Man, I'm hoping to own the master replica at some point but it is so expensive

Is the MR the closest you get to the real prop? All look great to me. I am looking for the best oneand closest to the movie prop. MR is the way to go?

If you are looking only for a display piece, the MR limited edition is very nice, and pretty much what all the replica makers model from. However it will also be the most expensive since your only option is from the secondary market.
The 89sabers and RomanProps are great options for half the price and can also be installed with electronics.

I agree with Shamino. The MR engineers had direct access to the actual prop that Ewan McGregor used, and their design would therefore be the most accurate. So if want accuracy, go with MR, but they are hard to find and more expensive.

Nice. Which out of the 89 and Roman Props has better blade depth and retention after installation?

Difficult to compare. Both likely have similar depth and retention. But romans has a unique emitter setup, which requires a special blade to be made. It was designed for a tri-Cree, not pixel blades, and requires either a modification to the heatsink, or a purchase of a custom one

Do you have any advice on timing the rings on the inception elite in order to get the grenade and pommel section to align properly? I can't seem to find a way to keep it aligned after taking the saber apart each time.

You may want to use blue loctite on the threads once you have it where you want it. Loctite is 'like glue' and will not be easy to remove, but its really the only way to hold the orientation

Great video! In your opinion, which saber is closer to the Master Replicas version? Either Roman's Inception Elite 3rd or the 89sabers/Korbanth OWK3?

The inception elite run #3 definitely comes the closet to the MR LE. The 89sabers control box better reflects the MR LE, so I give the 89sabers an edge over the "run #2" of inception elite.
The grenade, booster, pommel (ignoring vented pommel cap), thin neck pieces are all pretty much the same (ignoring color) across all 4 and you really cant go wrong with any of these

@@ShaminosWorkshop Awesome! That's very helpful for accuracy nerds like me. Thanks!
