Epoxy Resin Trinket trays *Romantic Halloween* with Tattoos and Foil

- Hey my lovelies, In this video I am showing you how I made these gorgeous trinket trays. I will be taking you through the steps of using Tattoos in Resin, top coating and finishing them off with feet. From start to finish. I adore using temporary tattoos with resin and I will be doing ore. I saw this technique on the Resin 8 Tik Tok and just had to try it. I cannot wait to improve and try more.. I absolutely love it as well. I think the temp tattoos were really made for the resin crafts😁 makes them permanent instead!! They are too pretty to just be temporary !!

Beautiful work! Anyone ever had a problem with the resin looking good then a few minutes later it's like it got a HUGE bubble/blister under the top and was all raised and lumpy and hard on the outside?? I pushed and it was still liquid underneath of course. I used that same resin on 2 other trays that day, one before and one after, and they did fine so far. I have never had this happen with 2 part epoxy.
Heyyyy Starla, thank you so much ! oooo no I have not experienced that .. It sounds like the top layer went exothermic whilst leaving the underneath still soft

Can you do a varnish top coat instead of a resin top coat?
look great,question, can one pour a thin coat of resin first let it dry then put the tattoo down on it, then pour a backing color pour?
My favourite was the zombie lady. Bugs of all sorts creep me out... I think that with black tattoos more neutral colours work best. Mayb grey or white with pink, purple or blue.

@@ClairesCraftyCorner I saw someone do a combination that looked like a tattoo with clear resin and alcohol inks on top. I can't remember who or where but it looked quite interesting.

Heyyyy lovely, sadly not :( Jesmonite does not pick the tattoos up from the mould ... but You can place the tattoos on Jesmonite after de mould ... then resin top coat x

hey lovely, thank you so much ! These are being sold for £15.00 ... I charge 15 for most trays unless they have extra work in or take a longer time to create then maybe 16 or 17 pounds x

thank you so much lovely xxx ohhh I am not so sure to be honest .. Jesmonite does not pick up the tattoos ... so I think cement will not either. You can put the tattoos on after though .. that could work x
