I like your different load outs for different missions... which indicates more dedication than I have! I have an FLC which I can add or subtract pouches as the mission requires. A slick plate carrier (which I don't own) will add necessary protection when needed, but doesn't add bulk to your "everyday" load. I do have an ALICE harness set as a backup, but that is a bare bones rig.
As long as it works for you. The 8+ hrs training suggestion is spot on. People will fail to do that in training, and even worse in real life. Keep up the great work !!!
your rig should feel a natural item to wear get used to it like you say standardise gear so your buddys can assist you or use your kit in a man down situation finding spare mags in a high stress contact knowing where your med kit n coms are vital really good video bro keep them coming
