I use those same rounds and I have a small crock pot for melting wax or Vaseline, sometimes I put lighter fluid on them then wax dip them. Or for an all in one I'll add some lamp oil to the melted wax then dip them. Vaseline or mineral oil etc can also be used the same way, the lighter fluid or lamp oil makes for a super easy light up usually on the first strike. The wax coating keeps whatever accelerant from evaporating, then just tear them open when you need them and light. It works really good, and im certain your way also works good lol. I think the wax does give a bit more burn time over the Vaseline tho, finger nail polish is also highly flammable being made of nitrocellous lol. 🤷 Thanks for showing!
hey brotha , great tips/tricks there , i am u.s. military here n def. wanna talk more but another is teachers/ elmer's glue n the k.i.s.s. method for starting fires when needed , i also have a green laser in my military rucksack/b.o.b. that takes 18650 batts. but i am not sure if it will start a fire if needed ?, basic bic lighters are great , BIG ones in a 2 pack , windproof n waterproofmatches are another great option to own in your bag , thanks n we'll talk soon bro > tom !
