This is what police are supposed to do that's what they should be for and to look for "bad guys" as we would have said as kids but all we can do is know now and understand it for what it is. There had to be an actual program for the officer to do these things I mean whatever it's happening that's all that counts.
I'm willing to bet money this guy is homeless because of prior drug convictions in the past. End the drug war and 95% of the police currently working will find themselves out of a job.
The nation needs more law enforcement alike these two ofc. Not enough not even close !
