  • 嗨!大家久等了~ 今天我们来做香香脆脆的姜丝香煎三文鱼!姜丝香煎三文鱼是属于咸甜口味的,真的是超下饭的一道菜!尤其是把煎得香香脆脆的三文鱼皮吃进嘴里的时候,那个 “咔擦!咔擦!” 的酥脆感绝对让你吃得超过瘾!
    而且这道好吃家常菜的做法非常简单:
    1. 把鱼煎好
    2. 调个简单的酱汁淋上去
    3. 美味的姜丝香煎三文鱼就大功告成了!🥳
    相信很多人都很怕煎鱼的时候乱喷然后被油溅到吧?
    放心,影片里我会教一些小方法让你在煎鱼的时候比较不会喷,轻轻松松就可以把鱼给煎好,煎漂亮!

    话说,要确保鱼不会黏在不粘锅的小技巧就是。。。
    👉耐心把锅子和油都烧热了,再把鱼放进去煎!👈
    我发现如果锅子不够热就放鱼的话比较容易黏,
    所以千万要有耐心,先把锅子烧热再加油,把油烧热再放鱼下去煎哦~

    最然影片里我用三文鱼,但是大家也可以选择自己喜欢的鱼来替代。
    这个酱汁就是那么简单又百搭(拨头发)XDD
    好啦,会选择三文鱼是因为骨头少,我真的好怕吃有很多骨头的鱼!XD

    Anyway, the tips to make sure that the fish does not stick to the non-stick pan is:
    👉Only put fish into the pan once the pan and oil are very well-heated👈
    I found that if the pot is not hot enough, the fish will stick easily.
    So be patient, wait for the pot to heat up first then add oil, once the oil is hot, then you can add the fish.

    I used salmon in the video, but you can replace it with other fish too.
    This sauce is very versatile.
    The reason why I chose salmon is because there are not many bones. I'm really afraid of eating fish with tons of bones! XDD

    😘Yes, love fish but so scared of the oil splattering. Sure try your tip of adding the corn flour.., but the fish has to be wipes dry too right ?
