  • 嗨大家,今天我来教你怎么做罗汉斋!罗汉斋里满满的都是素食和蔬菜,是很好吃的素材食谱哦~
    罗汉斋最常见的食材有腐竹、香菇、冬粉、木耳,如果你想吃什么菜也可以自己加进去一起煮,比如辣椒、扁豆、包菜、花椰菜等。食材份量根据喜好来调整就可以了。
    我自己最喜欢在罗汉斋里加入白菜和红萝卜。
    罗汉斋里煮到软软的冬粉和腐竹配上咸香微甜的蔬菜香菇,真的是很下饭的一道家常菜哦~

    泡发好的黑木耳 1小碗
    香菇 8小朵(或4、5朵大朵的)
    腐竹 1小碗
    白菜 1小棵
    冬粉 25克
    红萝卜 1小根
    姜 1大片

    Hi guys, today I am going to show you how to make Buddha’s Delight (Luo Han Zhai)!
    Buddha’s Delights (Luo Han Zhai) is a dish usually contain well soaked dried bean curd sticks, glass noddle, black fungus and dried mushroom.
    You can simply add any vegetables that you like into it and cook together. For example, chilli, snap peas, white cabbage, broccoli and so on.
    For me, I usually like to add Chinese leaves and some carrot into my version of Buddha’s Delights (Luo Han Zhai).
    I love the soft bean curd sticks and glass noodle, together with fragrant and flavorful vegetables, Buddha’s Delight (Luo Han Zhai) is an ultimate vegetable home cook dish you should try to make at home!

    Well soaked black fungus 1 small bowl
    Dried mushroom 8 small pcs
    Dried bean curd sticks 1 small bowl

    那冬粉用水沉一下就好了吗

      冬粉稍微泡软就可以拿起来了,大概5到8分钟~
      也要看水温,用温水的话冬粉会软的比较快。
      记得不要泡太软,有些牌子的冬粉浸太软的话,煮的时候会融掉,那样没那么好吃了,所以稍微软了就拿起来比较好哦 :D
