Hello ADS Passed my test today with 1 minor only Just wanted to give you a big thanks from my heart for helping out with your awesome videos and tips You're awesome and I pray to God to give you million million subscribers because of your awesome content. -Nikhil
Hi there nice video however I have 1 question for you please answer this do you need to indicate left when the car infront of you wants to turn right or you can just pass the car from left hand side without indicating???
No, you don’t need to indicate the opposite of the car in front. In that situation other people might think you were stopping or turning left - which could cause danger. Just signal for whatever you are doing. 👍🏼
If a cyclist is on our side of the road, and I need to overtake him while there is oncoming traffic, should I indicate right briefly before moving away from the cyclist i.e. closer to the or a little over the centre line?
We don’t consider it necessary to indicate before overtaking a cyclist. If we position our car properly it should be obvious what we are doing. This video might help: Signalling with our road position: th-cam.com/video/FxhXX0EaI5Y/w-d-xo.html 👍🏼
No-one is a perfect driver - as there is always something more to learn. Our aim is to help you be as good a driver as you can be, and all of our 100+ tutorial videos cover the separate skills you need. It would not be possible to cover everything in only one video :-)
Please, Is it mandatory to use the signal indicator when the road is only one way direction? Example you’re on the road and there’s only one direction either to the right or the left?
Even when our lane only goes one way we still indicate where we are going. Our path may not be obvious to other people, especially pedestrians who do not drive themselves. Our indicators are free to use, so why not use them?
The examiner won't stop the test, instead they will just shorten the route and get you back to the test centre sooner. Since we won't know if this is happening or not, we should just keep driving safely and hope for the best.
PLEASE HELP ! I lost my provisional license and I have been trying to apply for a replacement one ,I’ve been filling the form in and it says I need to put in my “driving number” but how can I do that when I’ve lost my license? Very frustrating as it keeps saying “sorry we cannot find you”
Thanks for the idea - we’ll see if we can make a video about how to position our feet. For now, we have filmed our feet in many other videos if you just want to have a look. 👍🏼
We don't own any MPV type vehicles, but to be honest they drive in the same way as a large car. Just be aware of it's size and don't try to squeeze through any tight gaps!
Have another look - that junction has a raised section to help pedestrians cross the road. Crossing over it is a bit like driving over a huge speed hump.

It's very interesting. Thank you so much.
Is it possible to make a video helping us with some theory?

Great video, can you do a future one explaining how to judge your car's width ? thanks again, great content
We’ll have a think about that - thanks for the idea 👍🏼
Thank you @advance Driving School....Just passed my driving test ...Learned a lot from you guys.. Keep up 🏎
Great job!
Great video, really useful given how vague the Highway Code is on indicator use
This video is so meaningful, help to more understand about the use and how to use the indicator correctly.
I really love your videos
Really helpful didn't know some of the things before 💯😊
👍very useful driving tips tq
Thanks alot
Just subscribed to your channel. Love your videos! :) Can you please make a video on defensive driving? Thanks. Big up from Mauritius! :)

Great
Interesting. In Malaysia, we had to signal 3 seconds (3 clicks of the turn signal) before our maneuver.
Thanks for your comment. We don’t have that rule, but it sounds like a good idea 👍🏼

Thanks a lot 😊
Do I have to indicate while passing buses that have stopped at bus stops or cyclists?
If you think it would help someone then you should - but usually our road position makes our intentions clear so there is no need.
Brilliant also can you do right turns at lights please
Traffic Lights: th-cam.com/video/2yfSfxACZWU/w-d-xo.html 👍🏼
You both so good ye you've done that one Perfect I watch that one Anyway teacher said just , right turns and road position but you've done them .
Because of Covid, isn't it the case if there's a serious or dangerous fault, the test is being stopped and directly drive back to the test centre?
The examiner won't stop the test, instead they will just shorten the route and get you back to the test centre sooner. Since we won't know if this is happening or not, we should just keep driving safely and hope for the best.
I'm wondering is it dangerous to push accelerate pad when the car is in Neutral ? (not moving)
It’s not dangerous, but it will waste fuel!
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool What about parking gear?

good information but what about the foot position hard to find anything about it :)

Some idiots put the indicators on after they start turning. Does my head in

All dislikes will be from BMW Drivers
Are you allowed to drive on private land/road without a driving license
Yes, I believe so - as long as there is no public access there.
Advance Driving School ok
You didn't mention how to signal with hazard lights and what to do if you see flashing brake lights, other than that, good video. 👍
We covered all of the other lights on a car in this video: How to use car lights: th-cam.com/video/glObZE-XS3Q/w-d-xo.html
2:18 does this car have lane assist?
Yes it does, but we normally have it turned off as it can be annoying.
Driver curbed it at 3.00 lol

Oh rite ok i know... I thought it was taken too sharply, double yellows.
